It is a place where you can enjoy the peace and fresh country air and near the town of Rovinj, and located only 3 km from the city beach Cuvi as well as the city center. Parking is plentiful and everything is forested with oak trees. Surrounded by olive groves and 10000m2 of forest as well as 3000m2 of private yard, the villa is really located in the middle of the greenery.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
