Vacation rentals with a patio in Sveti Filip i Jakov

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location for the beach,bus station and the Old town ( walk or get the bus) Imara contacted us the day before we arrived and meet us when we got to the apartment to check us in and then sent us details of bar's ,coffee shops and restaurants including some discounts very friendly and good communication and we really recommend this apartment

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Superb place! Great location. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. The house was pristine. Most important, super amazing hosts. Were there to greet us, very responsive with questions, suggestions, and always helpful.

Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze. Apartament jest taki jak na zdjeciach. Super łóżka. Duże i wygodne mieszkanie. Wszystko na miejscu łącznie z ekspresem do kawy. Kuchnia super wyposażona. Świetny taras, ogród, miejsce na grilla. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. Polecam tych gospodarzy😀

Das Steinhaus war einfach traumhaft! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom absolut privaten und uneinsichtigen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung war genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft direkt an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung und Privatsphäre suchen!

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine tolle Zeit in der traumhaften Unterkunft von Vladimir. Die Einrichtung de Hauses ist stilvoll und gemütlich, der eigene Garten mit Pool gepflegt und einfach nur schön - so wie auch schon auf den Fotos sichtbar. Freundlich begrüßt wurden wir von Vladimirs Vater, aber auch mit Vladimir selbst standen wir stets in Kontakt. Wir haben hilfreiche und ausführliche Tipps für unsere Zeit dort (Ausflugsziele, Restauranttipps usw.) erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke! Selbst im Herbst ist diese Unterkunft und dieser Teil Kroatiens einen Besuch wert.

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett von Beginn an. Das Haus war wunderschön, besonders der Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Die Lage ist super, man läuft 5 min zum Supermarkt und 10min zum Strand und hat auch eine tolle Busanbindung nach Zadar. Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Trip !

Razem z rodziną spędziliśmy bardzo miłe chwile w Biograd na Moru. Apartament Marko jest bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne, miejsce na tarasie jest przytulne . Wlasciciel jest miły i komunikatywny. Okolica jest spokojna, spacerem można dojść do morza i plaży, na której można znaleźć wiele atrakcji.

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen im Fischerhaus La Pineta verbracht. Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche und Einkäufe haben wir ausschließlich mit dem Fahrrad erledigt. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist ausreichend, man kann ja anschließend wieder in den schönen Garten gehen. Vereinzelt haben die lauten Boote gestört. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen perfekt eingerichtet. Der Garten ist weitläufig, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Hochwertige Gartenmöbel sind vorhanden, kein Plastik! Die großen Bäume bieten ausreichend Schatten. Eine zutrauliche Katze bewohnt das Anwesen und macht den Aufenthalt liebenswert. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

The accommodation is in a quiet spot by a river, which runs just in front of the house. The view from the terrace was nice, and the setting was something a bit different. We had a great dinner in town too!

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes, extrem groß insbesondere die riesige Terrasse, die jeden Support bietet. Wer etwas über Land und Leute erfahren will, ist hier genau richtig. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Ganz besonders haben wir die unterschiedlichen Aufmerksamkeiten genossen, mal gab es kostenlose Eier, von den freilaufenden Hühnern, dann frisch geerntet Kirschen oder Knoblauch. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Martin! Bereits am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich mit einer Etagere voller Fleisch, Schinken, Käse, frischem Brot und Donuts begrüßt – eine tolle Geste, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, in einem Raum zu kochen und im anderen zu essen, was uns ein unglaublich heimisches Gefühl vermittelt hat. Für Grillfans steht auch ein Outdoorgrill bereit, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Einkaufen ist ganz unkompliziert im benachbarten Ort Benkovac möglich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Zusätzlich hatten wir ausreichend Möglichkeiten, uns nachmittags auf dem Gelände zu beschäftigen, denn es gibt einen kleinen Minigolfplatz, eine Dartscheibe, einen Tischkicker sowie einen erfrischenden Pool, die für viel Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt haben. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft von Martin nur empfehlen!

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. great place! if you want to feel like a welcome guest - this is the place for you. I especially liked the location: between the beach and the city, everything is green, a very cozy terrace. And the house was always cool and we didn't even use the air conditioner (for me this is a huge plus). excellent kitchen with everything you need, beautiful dishes (!) and clean new sponges. and also very comfortable pillows, mattresses and a whole basket of fragrant towels 😮‍💨 Margarita and her family are very nice and welcoming people, it was a pleasure to be their guests! ❤️

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw, aanrader. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de watervalparken, Zadar e.d. Fijne zwemplek bij het appartement, met ligbedjes en schaduw. Handige materialen zoals zout, suiker, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee, bier, super!

Ubytování u paní Jasny bylo perfektní, nádherný být, okolí, prostě vše! Lokalita je výborná pro ty kdo chtějí soukromí. Paní Jasna a manžel jsou velice milí a přátelští lidé a kdykoliv Vam jsou k ruce. Ubytování doporučuji všema deseti. Super!

Pobyt w apartamencie u Kristina w Bibinje był wspaniały. Dom położony przy samej plaży. Kontakt z Kristina rewelacyjny i natychmiastowy. Byliśmy tam z żona tydzień i było super. Sklepy niedaleko, bary i restauracje. Plaża czysta. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie i zameldowanie. Apartament bardzo czysty. Było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet więcej. Świetna niespodzianka od gospodarza Kristina to przepyszne praliny i nalewka, które czekały na nas w apartamencie jak przybyliśmy. Na pewno tu wrócimy!
