Fantastisk velutstyrt fjellhytte som tilbyr deg og din familie den ultimate ferieopplevelsen. Perfekt for 1, 2 familier/generasjoner, 2-3 par eller vennegjeng på inntil 8. Hytta har fantastisk uteområde med bålpanne, gras-slette for spill og lek og en beliggenhet øverst opp mot fjellet. Fuglene synger, harepus og ekorn leker seg rundt hytta. Kort vei fra Oslo og Vestfold (Larvik) ca 2 timers kjøring. Her kan du gå turer på fjellet, fiske, bade, bærplukking, langrenn og slalåm 2 km unna.

Leilighet 15 km fra Kongsberg i naturskjønne omgivelser. Leiligheten har egen inngang og ligger i 1 etasje. Leiligheten består av stort kjøkken med spiseplass, koselig stue, hall med varmekabler i gulvet og et romslig og godt bad. Eget soverom som vender mot skogen. Passer best for 2 personer, men det er en sovesofa i stuen som kan benyttes og leiligheten er utstyrt til 4 personer. Vi bor 380m.o.h og det er kort vei til fjellet, med fint turterreng og supre skiløyper på vinteren (3 km med bil)

Leiligheten er lys og nyoppusset. Åpen kjøkken/stue løsning med parkett og vedovn. Fliser med varmekabler i entre og på bad. Varmepumpe. Begge soverom har dobbeltsenger, garderobeskap og skrivebord. Stille og solrik beliggenhet, veranda med utgang til felles hage. 5 minutter å gå til sentrum og til jernbanestasjonen. Adkomst med bil fra Klemsgate. Stikkvei fører inn til baksiden av huset, med parkering og garasjer. Egen carport med en ekstra biloppstillingsplass følger med.

Nice and cozy, close to nature and Ski Resorts.

Its a cosy room appartmen with a loft with a wooden style and a large terasse. Its close to the woods and mountains, you can take walks from the house or drive futher to get higher up on the mountain tops. Its a nice place with friendly neighbours on a farm area. Here you can also go swimming in the river in the summer and go skiing in the winter. And its close to the big ski resort in Kongsberg.

Leiligheten ligger i naturskjønne omgivelser, kort vei til mange fine turmuligheter. Det er begrenset med offentlig transporttilbud. Bil anbefales, egen parkeringsplass. Mulighet for leie av SUP, kayaker, skiutstyr eller elsykkel.
