It is optional to add a bed for a child in the master bedroom and possible to sleep on the sofa in the living room. The apartment has a new, beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a utility room with a laundry machine and a drier. There is a fireplace in the apartment and a sliding door that opens into a beautiful garden. It is located just by the Laugardalur Park the family- and sports park in Reykjavik. Around the corner is a nice bakery, a very convenient grocery store, a noodle restaurant, an ice cream store, a beauty saloon and a hairdresser. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the swimming pool www.sundlaug.is and just outside the apartment stops a bus no14 that drives down town to Reykjavik's city-center and to the main mall Kringlan the trip takes less than 15 minutes.

Bonus, grocery store, is 90 seconds away. Much included as you can see on the list - very fast internet. The apartment is available for 4 people, perfect for 2. Shops, bars and restaurants on every corner, up and down Laugavegur.

Great apartment central location

A very nice apartment on the 3rd (top) floor, just a few minutes walking distance from Laugavegur main street. High ceilings, bright and cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen with floor heating, two dining/living rooms with a TV, a bathroom and two bedrooms. You can see both Hallgrímskirkja church and Perlan monument from the living room windows! Free street parking, you can always find a parking space available near by. There’s also a creative space with an electric piano, guitar, yoga mats, and a meditation kit. Located in quiet Hlíðar, just 15 min from downtown.
