Monthly Rentals in Suwannee River

My stay did not go as expected and we had to leave right away. I prefer to not go into detail because I know the host will fix the problem before anyone else stays at the property. The host was extremely empathetic and responsive. The home was immaculate. Her attention to detail and desire to equip the property with anything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay was most appreciated. We only hope we get the opportunity to stay at this lovely property with this lovely host again in the future and can have a redo. This host goes above and beyond in every way and the property is absolutely to die for. I could live there for the rest of my life and I own a beautiful waterfront home. My only advice is to book a few nights longer if you are on the fence, because if you don't, you will regret it!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin is well stocked with thoughtful details, including the Information booklet. The aquifer water is truly special and delicious! The peace and quiet of the property are blissful, including the grazing deer and pileated woodpeckers calling through the woods. The river access cannot be overvalued…We swam the Iche around 5 pm and literally had the run entirely to ourselves. Well, along with several birds including a night and green heron. What bliss! Kim was incredibly responsive with clear communication. The “neighborhood” is well cared for and easy to navigate either walking or driving. The cabin was a lucky find and I’m already looking at future booking.

Loved the place and Dottie was the best hostess. We had a mixup about checkout and she was very calm and understanding and easy to work with. Had a fantastic time. Made a memory with our grandson. The springs are so close you could walk. Will for sure stay again and again and again, Thanks Dottie!

We loved the beautiful location with great views of the river. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the screened porch. The house was super clean and tidy with upscale furnishings and linens. We would definitely stay here again if back in this area.
