Bright Coastal Studio close to City and Airport

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

This luxury private suite comprises two floors of a bright and spacious Georgian house decorated with antiques and furnished for comfort. The front rooms overlook Sandymount Strand, a place made famous by James Joyce and Seamus Heaney. Sandymount village is charming with a central Green surrounded by a choice of interesting shops and restaurants. There is excellent public transport by train or bus, and parking on site. The apartment is 15 minutes from the city centre.

Chill out or go for beautiful cliff walks and discover Howth from this airy log cabin nestled among nature. The wild meadow behind the cabin leads to the Howth cliff path, perfect for hiking or strolling to Howth village or Howth Summit. There are several small swimming coves within walking distance. The cabin is at the back of my house but completely separate with its own entrance and lockbox. Lovely and peaceful!
