It was more spacious and better than the photos. It's been remodeled, so it's neat, and it's quiet because it's in an alleyway near Nimman, but the amenities are close and it's really the best place to stay! I had a 20-day schedule in Chiang Mai, and this was the second best place after an expensive resort. It's just a two-room apartment.

Nice care and incredible homestay! The owner couple are quiet and polite, they love researching interior design, making the guesthouse and restaurant look super stylish! They not only have good taste but also a heart for nature (they preserve the trees) , and a talent for photography (all the menus were shot by themselves). Plus, their cooking skills were top-notch (the menu had at least twenty dishes). We are totally in love.

This is the third time I have stayed in one of Tik's properties, and it was perfect for me. It was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed. The location was in the heart of the Nimman district so there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Tik is a truly wonderful host. Her and her brother made me feel most welcome. I will definitely be coming back.
