The LV home by architect Rocio Romero is a modern classic, we love it… The heated, salt water pool is open mid-May to mid-October. You can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and eat indoors or on the large deck out back, play in the pool or fenced yard, lie in the hammocks, play games, do puzzles... We are right by the Junction and Breakwater bike trail; it's about 2 miles to the Rehoboth Boardwalk, 6 miles to Lewes. There's high speed WiFi, a Sonos audio system, and a Roku smart tv (no cable).

A custom-built "Tiny House" located right between our new dinner theater and our garden dining area. True to the show "Tiny House Nation"; cool interior with custom woodwork, stairs to a lofted bed. Fully functioning kitchen. Spacious bathroom & shower. We provide TVs and internet in the units but the quality of service is not guaranteed. We are in a rural area and sometimes it's slow or not working at all. If TV and internet are super important for your stay we may not be the right fit.

Hi! Our studio apartment is perfect for those looking for a quiet and cozy get-away. It is centrally located between Rehoboth and Lewes and very close to rt 1 and rt 24. The studio has a private entrance on the side of our house. It is one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed and a futon (5'6" long) and a walk-in closet. A double sink bathroom has plenty of shelving for towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and relaxing country feel. The cottage is best for couples. Pets are welcomed at no additional charge. We've just added a fenced backyard for your convenience. Distances from my place to Cape Henlopen Park (9.9miles), Rehoboth Beach (10 miles), Dewey Beach (11 miles). Tanger Outlets (7.8 miles). Please keep in mind that, although the above distances are accurate, driving time may be longer due to seasonal traffic.
