This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/barn adjacent to our family's home. The unit has two bedrooms plus a bed in a common area. The bathroom has a shower stall, but no tub. There is a kitchenette available with a mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and dishes. Both bedrooms are upstairs & share a full bathroom in a hallway between the bedrooms ,. There is a full kitchen and of course you have a private screened in porch AND all of the outside areas including the BBQ and fire pit available for your use. and yes the pond is swimmable
