We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would definitely come back again. The location is excellent—just a short and easy walk to town. We loved being able to grab coffee, shop, or go out to eat without needing a car. At the same time, the neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful, and felt completely safe, even at night. The house itself is clean, spacious, and full of nice homely touches. It’s clear the host has put thought into making it comfortable, from soft blankets to a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well every night. One big plus was the strong and reliable WiFi, which was perfect for working remotely and streaming shows. The space is also great for relaxing, with a comfy living area and even a lovely little outdoor spot to enjoy the sun. Check-in was simple, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. We would recommend to stay here.

Stay was great for my daughter’s little birthday getaway. Plenty of space and loved the fire pit was able to enjoy the campfire and smores. Close to town and Montana creek. Definitely would come back again!

Great place. Quiet and peaceful. We were one couple and an adult child and we had plenty of room. Home was well appointed. Close to town by car. Host was absolutely wonderful. Would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Comfortable and inviting, Talkeetna townstead is a pleasant walk to downtown Talkeetna, but so thoughtfully appointed that you might not want to leave this charming cabin! Ora provides clear instructions and is friendly and responsive, and her warmth is evident in so many details throughout this peaceful retreat. The neighborhood moose family was a fun bonus. Great, comfortable place for our quick night in Talkeetna. Walkable to everything. Our son loved hearing the planes flying in and landing!

This was a super cool spot, and the host was awesome. Very comfortable, well-appointed, and felt so roomy. Everything in the greater Wasilla area is within reach, no matter what type of adventure you’re seeking. Yet it definitely felt private and exclusive. Your search for the perfect spot ends here. We hope to be back one day.

The location of the house, the amenities provided, and the surrounding nature were all wonderful. The photos and descriptions were accurate, and the house had everything we could possibly need. It's definitely a place we’d love to stay at again. We’ll miss Rusty! 🐶

Was only going to stay a couple days, but the place was so great we asked to extend our trip. It was nice to be able to cook our own meals in a nice clean kitchen. Had plenty of cookware to use. Felt like a home away from home. Definitely would book this home again!

This apartment is delightful. Quiet, extremely clean, spacious and close to several high schools which makes it easy to attend sporting events/tournaments. Kelly is an excellent host and I would highly recommend a stay. It’s a little slice of heaven!

We enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect place for two nights for my Mom, brother, and me. Good directions, ample parking, comfortable beds, good pots/utensils for cooking simple meals, adjustable heat, helpful book with activity and food suggestions, and sufficient hot water for two back to back showers.

This was my second time staying at Luke’s Airbnb, and it was just as wonderful and perfectly stocked as I remembered it. Luke is always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I loved waking up to the beautiful mountain view’s, and ending the night with the fire pit in the back was just the cherry on top. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Wasilla.
