Great starting point for cycling, running, hiking, golf, kayaking, museum and restaurant visits. A shop with fresh rolls is also next door.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Family vacation is paramount here! No groups/party trips!!! Just a few kilometers away from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, our chalet is located directly on a swimming lake and the well-known water ski/wakeboard system. A great children's playground, basketball and volleyball court, many walking and hiking trails, as well as the campsite, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and complete the offer. The popular beaches Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Scharbeutz are not far away and easily accessible.

Start by bike or on foot from the house or go canoeing on Lake Plön. At the house you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the 3 secluded terraces on the natural property. The large property, which is fenced off towards the street, offers opportunities to play outdoor games or to relax. In the evening you can spend time together in front of the fireplace. Living / dining room are separate. The property is NOT a lake property, the walk to the lake takes 5 minutes right through our small village.

The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.
