Condo vacation rentals in Surses

We were on site for the Biathlon World Cup Lenzerheide and the location was perfect for that, by bus we were at the Biathlon Stadium in Lenz in about 7 minutes. The apartment is quietly located at the top of the residential area of Vazerol, on foot you can shorten directly from the stop via a footpath. A great view of the mountains from the terrace. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed, the kitchen is also well equipped and in the bathroom there is also everything you need. The parking is in the underground car park (slightly above the apartment, not downstairs at house 11, as noted in one of the comments in French). Arrival and departure were very straightforward, and Marvin responded to us very promptly and gave us good tips. Thank you so much, we were already there for the 2nd time and can absolutely imagine coming back.

Great flat. It is close to bus stops (2 minutes) and the train station (10 minutes). Very walkable. Grocery store is next door so easy to plan meals at a moments notice. Many hiking trails within a few stops.

Perfect base for a family stay in a beautiful location. Raymond and Nadine's apartment was ideal for our family of four (two young kids) during our stay in Lenzerheide. It's a modern, spacious and well-equipped place in a peaceful setting and just a short walk away from the town centre. Both Raymond and Nadine were quick to help out with any questions and I would highly recommend their place to anyone considering staying in Lenzerheide.

The apartment that Ettore and Vanessa made available to us was simply impeccable! This is a beautiful home renovated with taste and convenience that has made us feel truly at ease. The house also had all those amenities that are normally available in your home but can hardly be found in a vacation home, and it also had many directions to the surrounding area. An additional plus was the ability to manage the internal temperature of the property at your leisure accurately and quickly. Vanessa was much more than available, allowing us to check in and check out absolutely "flexible" without hurry or anxiety. Staying in their home was a very pleasant experience for both us adults and our boys. We will definitely visit him again because this short vacation was simply fantastic also thanks to their apartment.

My family and I had a great stay at Beats location. The home offers stunning views. waking up every morning was breathtaking. The drive from Chur to Arosa wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed driving the the curvy roads. Beat was super helpful and we thank Beat again for letting us stay. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay again at Beats home.

Everything was good. Unfortunately it wasn't quite clean. Nevertheless, it was otherwise a great stay.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

We had an incredible stay at Madlen’s apartment. We’ve been there multiple times and will definitely be returning. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the lifts and the apartment itself is in pristine condition, feeling spacious and inviting. We’ll be back again, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved staying here in Perledo! The apartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay! Selena was extremely helpful when it came to trying to figure out the train disruption in Varenna. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Comfortable apartment in Lake Como

This is a great place to live. You have a fantastic view from the large balcony and are all to yourself. Very private. The large kitchen is very well equipped. There are also several basic products for cooking. We were greeted with cookies, chips and jam and a nice bottle of Italian sparkling wine. Next to the kitchen, there is also a large living room with a sitting area and TV. Upstairs, there are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also cozy balcony on the first floor The house is large and suitable for multiple people. The house is about 150 meters from the road. You can get there via a stone path. You can park along the street. The host Anna Mariaen and her daughter are very nice, everything is well arranged and we felt very welcome. There are many small beaches and Menaggio nearby. We'd love to come back.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and solution-oriented. We would like to emphasize how accommodating he was: a suitable solution was found immediately for every small concern. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It is very well connected to public transport, so you can easily arrive without a car and explore the surroundings. Overall, absolutely recommended!

Very nice modern apartment with an amazing view of Lake Como

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

The apartment is small but nice. Perfectly decorated, offers plenty of storage space and contains everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would book Elena's apartment again.
