If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

E' situato al piano terra, sotto la "Baita Paolo", in una zona pianeggiante immersa nel verde della natura. Ideale per famiglie e coppie che cercano tranquillità e che vogliono esplorare un bellissimo paesaggio ricco di sentieri e viste mozzafiato sul fondovalle valtellinese e sulla Valmalenco. Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The “Berlinghera” is located on the ground floor and has an indipendent entrance and a private garden. We provide free parking and a shared garden with barbecue, pergola, tables and a playing ground. In the surroundings it is possible to organize numerous activities.
