Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Surprise

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

The house was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall very pleasant experience Caleb was an attentive host and did check in several times to make sure everything was ok which I appreciated. Bed in the master is very comfortable! Great place I highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! It was a nice, cozy home that felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for a concert we attended , just a short distance from State Farm Stadium and close to everything we needed. The host went above and beyond by providing thoughtful little gifts and a lovely welcome basket, which made us feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive and had great communication throughout our stay, always available if we needed anything. She was also super accommodating, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

We cannot say enough great things about Josh. He went so above and beyond to help us through our stay while visiting a very sick family member in the hospital there. The house is very cute, quiet, and perfectly clean! The layout is perfect for a family. There were lot of extra towels, many dishes and glasses — the kitchen is large! The pool and hot tub were excellent and were just a short walk away. We’ve spent every weekend in PHX for a month and this was our favorite Airbnb. Just know that if you have a larger car (we have a full size SUV) it will NOT make it into the garage. We had to park quite far away on the street both nights, but it was manageable, especially considering how great the place is and the incredible price. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Josh. You really were so kind and thoughtful during this difficult time for us, and your townhome gave us a peaceful place to rest.

This was a great find especially last minute! Loved that it was pet friendly and no extra charge for pets which is exactly what we were looking for since we couldn’t find a sitter for our dogs. Home was super clean and open! Host was very responsive with any concerns we had. We especially loved the pool and spent hours in it. 10/10 recommend

Emilee’s place was a real treasure! In a sea of Airbnb’s I tend to be a great judge as a frequent traveler and prior host. Emilee’s home is clearly loved and managed. The home has absolutely everything you could thing of and need. The location is safe, clean and near shopping/eateries and close to the freeway for traveling around AZ. The backyard is spotless and well thought out. The added touches for the children keep their imagination alive. The layout is open, airy and stylish. The beds are incredible with comfort and linens are crisp and plush. I normally travel with my pillow but forgot and so glad I did because I am going to buy her pillows. Her communication is excellent and she truly loves what she does. Being a host can burn many out but it is was refreshing to meet her as she has a deep love for hosting and that’s what Airbnb is about. Emilee is the definition of a super host and this property a fantastic representation of the platform. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

Super clean and nice pool and hot tub. There are even floats to use! Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Fun digital game table in the front living room.

Pool was amazing loved having the shelf with littles! House was well stocked with items to do everything at home!

Lodging was as described, and as others have noted, more than we needed! I was in town for a show at MIM, so the location was terrific, being proximate to HWY 51. I would stay here again. Communication was clear and friendly, and very responsive.

Dana's place was exactly what we needed for our stay with our baby and pup. As long as you understand that you're on campus and this complex houses university students then Dana's place is excellent. Super friendly and always responsive.

Cute, well thought out apartment! Exactly as described with the Bavarian decor, our daughter especially loved the kids themed rooms.

Rachel was very communicative and flexible. Her place was perfect for my needs. Very quiet and private within a group of apartments and duplexes. The accommodation is centrally located and easy to get to highway 51 that connects to routes all over the city. Walking, hiking paths and trails are nearby. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood area too.

I stayed here for two months and had a very enjoyable time. Check-in and check-out were easy and the process was clear. The condo had everything I needed and was set up perfectly. The Wi-Fi and TV worked great. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and main roads. Both pools were amazing. The host always replied quickly and was very helpful. I also recommend paying a bit extra to use the sports facilities at the main clubhouse—it was worth it. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

Joel ( and his place) were absolutely amazing! I was in a pinch with my current living situation and Joel let me check in early, was very, very communicative, and the living space was absolutely perfect! I only wish I could have stayed longer but I know if I need a place to stay in the future and in the same area, I will choose Joel's place hands down!

Edith was a wonderful host and her place was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. When my daughter left behind a very important ring, Edith did everything she could to find it and mailed it back to us. Above and beyond!

We had a great stay at Christine's place. It had everything you needed to feel right at home. We stayed for a month while our grand baby was being born and the location could not have been better. Communication with host was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Place was great! Looked just liked the photos. I would definitely stay here again. Many things within walking distance.
