Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sunnyvale

We had 4 adults stay comfortably as long as two of us shared a bed. Very comfortable and modern space with well thought out extras like sugar for coffee. There was no sink in kitchenette and fridge is mini sized but I knew this before arriving. Nice and quiet and conveniently located. Stephanie is a good communicator. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 6 days. The owners were very generous to help me unload my roof rack so I could comfortably explore the city! The unit itself was very clean, exactly as described. They let me have my boyfriend over since he lives in nearby, as well! However, the dishes weren’t put away and I found quite a few bugs on the mattress and on the ceiling. I also didn’t have access to a washer or dryer as advertised in the listing. Other than that, I had a great time there and I would love to stay again next time I’m in town!

I come to San Jose twice a year, Joey's place is 10 minutes walking distance to my events, place is nice, quiet and clean. This has become my go to spot when I am in town for conference.

Omg, Anton’s place was just perfect! We could never get enough of his beautiful home and the incredible view! Wow! Everyday, I would just sit outside and stare at it! It was wonderful being so close to nature! During our stay, we saw deer, turkey, cows right in our backyard! Amazing! It is so close to nature and yet, the location is so central and is very close to everything! It’s like a little paradise in the heart of the city! And the house was so complete, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! There was even a newly installed jacuzzi that Anton would let us use! Anton is a very generous and caring host! And he was always just a call away! My husband told me we should always stay at Anton’s when we are in San Jose😊 we love the place!

This beautiful apartment went above and beyond my expectations, along with the hospitality provided by Kevin and Nadine. They were extremely responsive and made me feel right at home. Beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities—right down to the pink Himalayan pink salt. If additional days had been available to book, I would have! There are 5 other units in the same complex if this particular unit is occupied. I’ll absolutely be recommending this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Felt like it was just lke my home accept they have a hot tub that I used almost every night during my stay also had a beautiful garden. Is very quiet and relaxing.

The house was cozy and private! Exactly as described by the hosts, super nice backyard for our two dogs! The beds were comfy and everything was super clean. Belle was such a good host and super communicative! Would definitely stay there again if i’m in the area.

Tammy's Airbnb was the perfect stay for our family getaway. Spacious open floorplan allowed for the entire family to gather around. The location of the Airbnb was very convenient to local restaurants and stores but yet far enough to not be disturbed by busy street noises. Tammy was also very helpful and responsive. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Sunnyvale!

Perfect home-base for exploring Palo Alto, Stanford and greater Peninsula area. Everything went smoothly - would recommend!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary! It was super cute, with accommodations for our 3 month old. Close to local food/shops! Would definitely stay again!

Another stay at Mike's place. Super nice and clean, good location. Has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Will book again.

Madis place was exactly as described and very spacious with comfy beds. We requested early check in, which Madi agreed to at a readonable cost. There are many apartments within the location and finiding out where the actual building was was a bit confusing but once we got to the apartment we were fine. We did not use the amenities listed. It was a short commute to Stanford so served us well for the graduation weekend.

This is a beautiful place to stay in an old growth redwood forest adjacent to Cowel State Park. A little out of the way but very peaceful. Michael greeted us personally and made gave us a tour. I would go back.

I stay here for two nights and with good sleep. The location is peaceful and very convenient to downtown San Mateo where are plenty of restaurants and bars. Also it’s very easy to access the Caltrain station which is a good solution to transport to SFO downtown or South Bay Area.

Hannah’s place is comfortable and clean, and in a good location with several restaurants and activities within walking distance.

We stayed here for a wedding. Cute neighborhood which is walkable to restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. I would stay here again.

Walter and Celina were very accommodating and flexible. They were very helpful and promptly responded. Very nice place they have and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place for us to stay for a few days of business trip, very conveniently located, and the host is good in communication, house is nice and clean. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Noel’s always responsive and friendly during our stay. The house is exactly the one you see on the pictures. Check-in and check-out are also easy to process. Furthermore, it’s a quiet neighborhood which you can get great rest here. Recommend to stay if it is available!

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!

Great spot for our daughter’s graduation. Having the pool was a plus.

Great location with access to Main St. would stay again next time I’m in town.
