Vacation rentals with beach access in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

If I could give this place 10 stars i definitely would! John responded to any questions we had within minutes every single time. Place was ready for check in two hours ahead of time! We never waited longer than 1 minute for the elevator going up or down. Super awesome beach access, laundry mat on site, slept my husband, myself, and 3 teenage girls comfortably without any problems. Highly recommend this place and we will be booking again! There is absolutely not one bad thing I can say about this place. We loved it!

We had a great experience! Very clean, beautifully decorated and the ocean view was GORGEOUS! Nina responded very quickly to any questions we had upon arrival and throughout our stay. Everything was very well organized and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!! ❤️

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had a great stay at Will’s place. The location is convenient to the beach and restaurants. The place was decorated well with everything we needed to feel comfortable as a family of four. They provided beach chairs and sand toys which we made use of. Overall this place exceeded my expectations and I’d definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here! The condo is perfect for a couples vacation. It is cute, clean, and in a great location! The condo has direct beach access, the beaches are beautiful, and we felt safe. The condo is a cute studio apartment. It provided everything we needed for our stay. Had an amazing girls trip with my daughter and grand daughter. Location is perfect. The room was exactly as described with absolutely no issues. Host was incredible and constantly checking in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for your next beach getaway!

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience with High Tide R And R! Our flights to Florida all went smooth and we we're in town sooner than expected. I sent them a message and they allowed us to check in a few hours prior to the original check in time. We can't thank them enough for a great experience and will hopefully be back soon to use them again!

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

Presley was a great host. Check in was very easy. We were very pleased with the house. The decor was beautiful, the beds and bedding very comfortable and the indoor spaces were very comfortable. The back yard is private and quite also great for kids and dogs. We will definitely revisit and recommend to our friends

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We're so happy that we got to spend a week at Jalina's listing! It's such a great spot! You can walk, or bicycle as far as you want to explore. So much to see and do up and down 30A. It really is a hidden gem. You're right in the middle of Rosemary, Aly, and Seacrest. If it's available for the days you're trying to travel, just go ahead and book it! Clean and quite spacious! The balcony was great and the ocean views were beautiful. We slept very well on the comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. They also had 2 beach chairs that we put to good use. Cant beat the location! Great stay overall

What a beautiful and relaxing place! The condo is adorable, clean, and cozy. We loved the balcony facing the ocean and the sliding glass doors we could crack open to hear the ocean. The condo is super cute, linens and bathrooms were very clean, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was spotless and had all the cooking utensils we needed. The area is wonderful - beautiful beaches, lots of shopping, and tasty restaurants. It was a perfect place to stay for a girls trip! We will definitely be back. Thanks, Sherry!!

We loved this place! It was perfect for my bachelorette trip and all of the girls loved it as well! It was decorated so cute and very clean! We loved that we could easily walk or bike to Rosemary and Alys beach as well! The host, Ryan was super sweet and quick to respond! She made the whole process so easy! We had the best time here!

Stephanie was a great host! The condo was exactly as promised. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how clean the condo was. No sand on the floors, no hair in the bathrooms and the lines were all fresh! The updated kitchen was beautiful, as well as the other furnishings. Everything was as promised plus more!
