The best Airbnb ever! Perfect place to stay with family and have a peaceful time. This is house is just stunning and modern, huge kitchen, amazing swimming pool! I didn’t want to leave this place, first time in my life I feel so comfortable in an Airbnb. I highly recommend this place. Mike was an amazing and responsive host! I would like to stay at this place again!

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! I don't have the words to describe Luis place. It was beyond AMAZING!!! The pictures does no justice to how well maintained, welcoming, comfortable and beautiful this home was. It was nothing short of AMAZING!! Clean, nice decor, a lot of amenities...just the small details he put into the stay. Like a basket of sandals for the pool area. Or the bottled water and snacks in the fridge. The party decor. A welcome sign. Everything was so thought out. So perfect. I can't wait to come back.

Thank you very much to Sandra for her kindness and for her clear and accurate directions both to enter the apartment and during the stay. Covered parking, easy access, place to buy food to prepare in the apartment. Very well organized kitchen with very good utensils.

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

Glen was very responsive to my questions via messages. he was quick to respond. The neighborhood was urban, but fine. thank goodness for the ice machine and the air conditioner...which was loud, but that was fine. Parking was super close to the room. Room was small, but very clean and the fridge is so cute. We loved the shower. Thanks for everything.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. It is definitely my favorite Airbnb home that I have ever stayed in so far.

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at their condo! Our family of 4 stayed for 7 nights to explore Miami while we were down there for our son’s college orientation. This condo is in the most ideal location…situated by so many delicious restaurants and shops within walking distance and the pristine beach is literally steps away! The front desk attendants were so helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff was an extra bonus which we were pleasantly surprised with! Alex and Sofia were very attentive to our questions and kind and friendly with their communication…top notch! We are Airbnb hosts ourselves, and we are looking forward to staying here again!

We recently stayed at Vlad and Irina’s wonderful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had! The apartment is in a perfect location — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. We especially appreciated the convenient parking, located right near the entrance, which made getting around easy and comfortable. The apartment itself lived up to all our expectations: spacious, bright, and fully equipped with everything we needed — from kitchenware to appliances. Having a fully stocked kitchen made our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight how clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged everything was — it’s clear that Vlad and Irina genuinely care about their guests. Everything was top-notch, from communication to the welcoming atmosphere in the home. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return again. Huge thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

The place was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything needed and more, we were received with snacks and bottled water. 100% recommended!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. Extremely satisfied beyond expectation split image of what the host had posted . Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again

I had a great time! The comm with Carla was pleasant and smooth. The place is very clean and it has all you need to enjoy the beach; shairs, umbrellas, towell etc. Great place to work remotely. Thank you! 🏖️🏊

Really enjoyed our time here! Nice apartment that is clean and user-friendly. Great location, walkable to Collins Ave, near the beach, but yet a few streets away, offering a peaceful and quiet oasis in the midst of bustling Sunny Isles.

We stayed for few days. Everything was great. I highly recommend this place.
