Monthly Rentals in Sun Valley

We had a lovely stay at David's apartment. Check-in was easy, everything was well kept, clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooks the Truckee river with our morning coffee. We also enjoyed the walking trail along the river. We walked down to Idlewild Park for the farmer's market on Sunday and brought back good things to cook and eat. Going the other way on the trail with our bikes was a nice ride. We rode all the way up into the hills until we joined with the Steamboat Ditch trail and then went along that for several miles. The apartment is well located for other things as well. We were there for our son's PhD graduation at the University of Nevada and it worked well for that. Highly recommend this airbnb.

First time in Reno and love it. The location of the place is perfect for the various bars in the area. Definitely will be back again.

What a lovely place. I felt safe, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I loved that there was a washer and dryer, and a double burner hot plate to cook on, and the keurig was a bonust too! The internet was fast, which is exactly what I needed for school. I went for an evening walk on the walking path behind the property and saw wild rabbits and ducks in the water. It was bright and clean, and the sun was shining in the windows every morning. The neighborhood was quiet, and kids were playing down the street. I really felt like I was visiting family. I had an opportunity to meet my host too; he was kind and personable. I will book this place again if I need to go back to Reno. Thank you for a lovely stay.
