Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sumter County

This Airbnb was everything we could've asked for and more while staying in Dade City to visit family. It was in a good location, everything was very clean and tidy, and the space was very welcome. They had toys, a pack n play, and left tasty cookies out for us, making it an extra welcoming environment for my children. I can't wait to stay here again!

While this place is attached to the main home, I had more privacy than I normally expect. Wonderful surroundings, very friendly family, and super convenient for the purpose of my visit. This cute place had more than I could have asked for, fully useable kitchen, good size fridge & freezer, and even a washer/dryer! You will hear the roosters and kids outside, but the noise is far from intrusive. All around a great little spot that I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Dana & Family!

FANTASTIC AIRBNB! One of my favorites. This gem is that, a home away from home. Super clean, spacious, comfortable and Terry is very good at having all the things you will need while staying in this lovely place. My mother and I were very impressed and very pleased with our stay. Thank you so much and until we meet again.

It’s such a great space! Welcoming, comfortable and clean. The Privateer had so many personal touches and even stocked kitchen with things I’d forgotten. Just made the stay all the more welcoming. The pool was so refreshing, the space outside warm, welcoming and so well maintained. I cannot wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and convenient to what we were doing in the area. Host was great at answering quickly any questions I had.

We wanted to take a break from the city we live in and found a perfect retreat at this Airbnb. Located on a canal with a peaceful dock where we had our coffee in the morning. We had friendly turtle visits and a young gator that swam over when he saw us on the dock. We will definitely return in the near future.

This was one of our very favorite rentals ever! The pictures do not do the home justice. It’s very nicely equipped and decorated. We felt very at home and didn’t want to leave. I could sit on the porch there for hours. And we enjoyed the snacks provided also! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

From the moment we walked in to the house to see how immaculate it was, we felt right at home. It was very comfortable. A lot of our time was spent sitting in a large screened in patio looking out at the birds and listening to the wildlife. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The inside was new and professionally done. The coffee bar was equipped with all the fixings. Greta was wonderful to deal with. She answered our questions promptly and made our stay very pleasant. We visit the area frequently during the year and will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you.

The Villages Patio Villa location and lease are extremely great values and options to hotel and motel costs in the area. Questions were answered in detail and timely by the host and ABNB web-site. Use of amenities, recreation centers, pools, chip and putting greens and courses (etc), and the availability of a golf cart were a plus as a guest of the host who processed guest cards to visit and use Village facilities of choice prior to arrival. A few minor items that need attention would greatly enhance and make this ABNB rental an even much better villa and home for its guests. That said, we would strongly consider leasing this villa again in the future for a longer length of time. We appreciate the host and ABNB for allowing us to lease this rental as a base of operations for our business in Polk County and vacation in The Villages to learn and experience all it has to offer for residents and guests alike! We enjoyed our stay at DeLuna Dreamhouse. The host started communication before we checked in and made sure we knew what to expect. The pictures do the house justice as the home is as beautiful as listed. The beds are comfortable, linens are clean, and all of the items you need to access the community and the property are provided (garage openers, keys, and gate cards). The host was very responsive of messages during the stay as well. There were also several nice detailed touches that we appreciated such as toiletries, pantry items, many towels and extra linens, plenty of dishes and hygiene items provided. Would recommend this home and consider it for future stays.

Place was extremely clean Robert got back with a response within a few minutes I asked Robert about the area and he described it perfectly, just where I wanted to stay. Close to Brownwood, Deluna Pool and Edna's on the Green Also Close to rt.301 and 75. Robert is a 10 Star Superhost!!

Kathy’s place was perfect and convenient for us to play golf, pickleball, and close to entertainment. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved all the spices. Kathy communicated with us from start to finish. Such a fun vacation and great location!
