Great host and hotel staff, good location, large comfy room, nice pool, and ample parking. Solid affordable choice that's about a $10 uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Would book again.

This condo was everything the listing stated it would be. Pics are accurate. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a huge bathroom with the biggest soaking tub, double sinks and walk-in shower. Great location! Right across from the Aria and indoor walking access to Cosmopolitan, Bellagio and strip. Proactive and regular communication. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10. Well done.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ this place looked identical to the photos! Our couple friends and us did a couples weekend. They booked another room and I have to say their room just looked like the normal hotel, nothing special. Ours had great added touches that just made the stay that much better! Hosts were easy to ask questions. Check in was a breeze. My wife loved that valet parking was included in our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!

Ide is a great host. Loved the two bedroom we were in. Very peaceful area.

Was in town for a few Sphere concerts and it was a great and convenient place to stay.

This stunning Airbnb was one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful backyard featuring an impressive Las Vegas mural. The heated pool was a highlight, providing endless fun and relaxation, while the spa and sunbathing chairs were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The master bedroom felt like a luxurious retreat, ensuring a restful night. Each bedroom had a unique style, creating personal sanctuaries for everyone. The amenities were fantastic! A pool table and classic Pac-Man arcade machine fueled our competitive spirit, and movie nights were a blast with multiple TVs. The BBQ area was ideal for grilling delicious meals. With four bedrooms and RV parking, this place has everything for a fun getaway. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience filled with comfort and entertainment. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m so grateful I found this place to accommodate my big family during my daughter’s wedding weekend in Vegas. The home had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms, and so much more! Angel was very attentive to our needs, and I truly appreciated his flexibility. Even though the house rules mention no visitors, he kindly allowed my grown grandkids to come visit for a few hours after I asked. That meant a lot to me! The place was spotless, which I really appreciated. My kids and my mother also enjoyed the complimentary K-cups and cereal. Plus, having a Smith’s grocery store within walking distance was super convenient. Thank you, Angel, for helping make this special weekend even better!

We had a pleasant stay overall – the space was cozy, well-located, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. One issue we encountered was a persistent odor in the unit, which required us to light multiple candles daily to manage. I brought it up with the host, who assured us it would be looked into and taken care of. Aside from that, everything else was great and we appreciated the hospitality!

Our host Elise was extremely responsive. We had a late occurrence about midnight once and she responded within minutes of our message. Our Airbnb was exactly as the pictures on the listing. Location was a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, close to the airport, and check-in was a breeze with her instructions. All our amenities were there. Extra linens and towels were available. We used the washer and dryer a couple of times. Thank you Elise!!!

Eriberto's place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It feels safe in this working class neighborhood. The apartment is just a block away from the many restaurants and services of Chinatown. The apartment while not being fancy is clean, quiet and very functional. The price Eriberto charges is very fair.

Everything was as pictured. Rich is a great host and very responsive. He answered when I arrived late at night with questions. Thank you for being a great host.

This was a beautiful place to stay and the view from the balcony was incredible! There were many places within walking distance (bars, restaurants, smoke shops, etc). It was clean and just as pictured! Definitely will be staying again

Nat’s place at The Signature was perfect for me and my brother’s getaway. Check in and valet parking was very easy. Our host was very quick to respond to our inquiries. We both slept comfortably in the room. The walk to the strip was quick and easy. The pool was nice and there’s even a lazy river that guests can access. I’d definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

Excellent stay . You won’t find a better suite layout and experience at this value anywhere on or near the strip . You have full access to everything MGM has to offer. The valet service is very fast and friendly .

Sammie’s been a great host, very friendly, responsive and made sure we were properly setup. The room was large and fantastic. Great amenities and we can’t wait to come back when we’re in Vegas!
