Vacation rentals with a patio in Summerland

This was an amazing stay for a little staycation for my sister and I. It was PERFECTLY located, by a lot of good local spots, felt safe, so close to the beach and super walkable. Couldn’t have had a better place to call home for the wknd! We had a little trouble with finding the parking and the hosts were very responsive in helping us get what we need. 15/10 stay!

The library suite at The Marlowe is a great place for exploring Santa Barbara. The host was responsive, there was plenty of parking on the Monday and Tuesday we were there, it is two minutes away walking from state street, and the train station is viewable from the apartment. That was the only issue with location, the trains can be loud and make it difficult to sleep in. Other than that everything about the library suite was great. Plenty of amenities and even more charm. My favorite part of the suite was the balcony with the view of the mountains on one side and the beach on the other.

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! During my search for a place to celebrate my birthday weekend with my friends, Julia's place was the only host who happily provided us with military discount! To me that was such a grand gesture which I sincerely appreciated as other hosts were condescending when inquired. This place was definitely as advertised and well maintained. We walked to the beach and to the surrounding restaurants/stores. My birthday weekend was well celebrated with such a relaxing environment to return to every night. Thanks so much Julia!

Nice roomy place, with good size backyard. Plenty of room for family and guests, and pets. Noise is a bit of an issue, due to being right by the freeway, but the windows are double-pained, so it was relatively quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Raymond was the best host I ever had. He was so accommodating with our early check in and offered a late check out which was so kind. Raymond was so responsible to all my questions and requests. Raymond’s house is located at a great location. We can walk to the beach, walk to the restaurants and markets and his house is also located close to the downtown and the train station. My friends and I loved staying at Raymond’s. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the neighborhood. We would love to come back.

Beautiful, location. I highly recommend. Clean well decorated exquisitely equipped two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs with a wonderful kitchen. We felt right at home. One of a kind location

Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. This was one of the nicest air BnB I have visited and the decoration and comfort were first class. We were made to feel very welcome by the host and would definitely stay again. Thanks

We had an incredible stay. Beautiful home, very peaceful, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and Butterfly Beach. We would definitely return!

We felt totally at ease the minute we walked into Kara's pristine Airbnb rental. Her space emanates clean and vibrant energy on the subtle plane and the physical as well. We have never encountered such a lovingly appointed room, filled with playful Mexican sculptures, gorgeous crystals, and a top-of-the-line kitchen. Peaceful and quiet, her Ojai House is a perfect spot to re-energize and to experience serenity. I'm sure we will be returning on a future visit to Ojai!

Wow Wow Wow!! Easily the best property we have stayed at through Airbnb! The home was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything needed, lots of extra towels and blankets plus it was a beautiful space with lots of light and a view of the ocean. The backyard is incredible, looks like a smaller version of the Santa Barbara botanical gardens. We loved sitting outside by the pond and with all the flowers / plants it always smelled amazing! The neighborhood was very quiet and it was just a few minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and an easy walk to Summerland beach. Sara was the most amazing host as well, can't say enough great things about her and the property! My husband and I were planning our next stay before we even checked out lol we absolutely loved it! Highly Highly recommend this property =)

The Suge Shack was beautiful, peaceful and well appointed. It was exactly what we needed during a tender time for our family. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional and appreciated. Kimberly was an excellent host and communicator, her thoughtfulness and attention to detail showed her pride in hosting. As a former host myself, I set a bar high and Kimberly exceeded expectations.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

The stay at Lara's place was wonderful. The apartment was spotless and exactly as described. The location was perfect, the host was very responsive and the artisan loaf of sourdough bread was an unexpected and delicious treat! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara!

Nice, cozy condominium. Close to the beach and the private gated parking was awesome. We even enjoyed the pool daily. Loved walking to the beach daily. We would stay here again in the future. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. We were able to prep food for my son’s PhD graduation party which was held in Goleta. The refrigerator was large enough to hold the food. Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!
