Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Sumida River

The place was very clean , the host was extremely friendly and very formative. Thiis is my first time to Japan from Australia and they made the transition very easy. I would recommend staying here if your coming to shinjuku. The host even helped me find a local gym and went out of their way to give me instructions on how to get there. extremely kind

Great place, great host!

Rikiya's place was near the the train stations needed to go around Tokyo, we didn't have a hard time exploring the neighborhood as everything was near! Great restaurants and sights to see around Shinjuku. Location was perfect! The stay was also super comfortable for my family and I as it was spacious and very clean. Toilet and Shower was very clean as well as the small kitchen area was just right for our needs. We felt at home in this stay and would definitely book this once we go back to Japan! Rikiya was super friendly as well and responded to our requests and concerns. Highly highly recommend!

A home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. The building and apartment are both immaculate. The apartment is so homely and has everything you need to make it feel like home. The beds are super comfy. The location is fantastic, so many shops, resistant and even a mall walking distance. Hosts are responsive and kind. Would love to come back and stay here. 10/10

The area is very quiet and safe with a lot of families living nearby. It is a bit far from kameido station, but overall it’s a pleasant 10 minutes walk. The host was very friendly, replied super fast and was helpful for what I asked. Overall I was pleased with my stay. I will definitely visit again!

Beautiful and spacious place right next to the Takanawadai station so finding the place is not hard and also after a long day of walking and exploring you get off the train and walk 1 minutes from station exit and reach your accommodation. Where in the world can you get your own private gym in Air Bnb at this palce you do. The place is clean and exactly as described. I would say that if you are taller then 6 feet then you might have limited space in bed. The beds are tatami style and are comfortable with clean linen. The place has two toilets and 2 bathing area. Kitchen is clean and the utensils are provided but we did not do any cooking so did not see what is available. Another good feature is the water cooler so you do not have to but water for the accommodation. Seven eleven and lawson is short walking distance. Great place highly recommend Keiko is a great host and we will be back.

Harukas place in Shinjuku was a great place to start my journey in Japan. Haruka was accommodating through messenger when asked about places to eat and things to do in the neighborhood. The room was enough for the nights I stayed, I spent most of my time outside, so it was a nice place to unwind after a long day of walking. I would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks Haruka!

We had a great stay! The location is quiet and close to the station, which was great for us. The room itself was comfy and exactly as described. Mitsuru was also responsive so check-in was super easy. Definitely recommend :)

I had an excellent stay at Yuchan’s place! Yuchan was very friendly and responsive to questions and speaks very good English. She and Mayumi-San made me feel welcome and even gave me snacks when I arrived. The location is very close to the train station so it was easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe during my entire stay. Thank you for a great experience, Yuchan!

Great place!Close to the Skytree, you can see the view of the tower every night back to the homestay, and it is very nice to shoot downstairs.It is also convenient to travel, the nearest subway station is Oshiage Station near Skytree, and it is very convenient to go to Asakusa Temple and Ginza.Two steps around the perimeter is Lawson, so you can buy snacks and essentials at any time.Too much space than a hotel, perfect for friends of 3-5 to live in, there is a small living room and a terrace with very adequate space.The host is also very nice, the luggage can be stored, and the oil umbrella for photos is thoughtfully prepared, and I will definitely come back to stay.

The sauna, water bath, and outdoor bath were all great.The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and I'd love to use it again.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly, and everyone was easy to communicate with.We needed to leave our bags a bit earlier and the homeowner was also very enthusiastic to help, as soon as the accommodation was out of the door to see the Skytree and the night was very nice! Especially recommended to friends of China and China Hong Kong!

I enjoyed my stay in this quiet neighborhood. Everything listed in the description is there. The workstation was a nice extra that is rare in Airbnb. I even reserved this location a second time. It really is possible to get to the subway station in under 10 minutes walking, and there are several convenience stores in the area.

Ayumi's place was absolutely perfect! Their family are so lovely and their daughter is soooo cute!!! The amenities are shared but there were no clashing and the host has an excellent scheduling system to avoid this. Washing machine use as well!!! Ayumi also prepares breakfast every morning, I mean what a treat???? Absolutely delicious and amazing, I will definitely stay again. It is noted though it isn't near central Tokyo and you do have to navigate the trains to get there and into the city.
