The room is very nice and very clean, although it is a bit small, it is very well equipped, with a bathtub, dryer, oven, etc.It's been a comfortable stay for the past few days!The Host is very attentive and prepared very complete toiletries for us. I feel that I really only need to bring a few changes of clothes.The room is by the roadside, the soundproofing of the balcony is not very good, there will be some motorcycle noise on the road at night, but it is not too bad, my sleep was not affected these days.I'll still choose Saki's B&B next time!

A perfect stay, the Host and team are very professional... Respond promptly, the check-in process, route, and precautions are all perfect.The house is a few minutes walk from Dongxiang Island Station. This area is very quiet and suitable for living. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, McDonald's, drug stores, and several good tea shops nearby.The room is very clean, the bed is large and spacious, and the bathroom area is also very nice!The only hard part is that there is no elevator and you need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs😂

We had a wonderful stay at Miho’s place! The apartment itself is adorable with the comfiest bed and ambient lighting. The neighborhood was also lovely as it was very quiet but with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Miho’s guidebook was also extremely helpful when choosing places to eat. We always looked forward coming back to Mitaka after being in the city center! Thank you for an amazing stay :)

Had a lovely time staying here. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and a great view of the Skytree when walking around the neighborhood. Peaceful and highly recommended.

A lovely apartment , plenty of room , stunning views from the roof top , spent evenings looking across the roof tops , taking in the stunning views especially of Sky Tree, 3 stations within 10-15 minute walk , lots of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk , all local tourist hotspots within east travelling. Train line nearby but you soon get used to it so it’s not an issue. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great access from Narita Airport.There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, about 4 minutes on foot.There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very helpful during my stay.There is also a duty-free drug store near Yahiro Station, which is convenient for shopping.Access to Shibuya is also good, and I think it is the perfect location for sightseeing. The room was clean and the large bed was very comfortable.We had a comfortable and nice stay.Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with the location. The house was private enough and yet close to the train station and restaurants. Walking from the house to the train station was a joy due to all the restaurants and convenience stores on the way. I highly recommend this place, and I would highly consider staying here again on my next trip to Japan. Rika and her team did a great job communicating with me before, during, and after my stay.
