Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sumida City

It was better than I thought!Not only did the children enjoy it, but the adults also enjoyed seeing the children in a way that they don't see in their everyday lives.There is also a supermarket nearby, and if you are coming from a rural area, you can buy what you want to eat at the service area on the way and cook it in the kitchen, so you can enjoy one meal in a way that is very different from a typical trip.What you can see inside the Holy Planet is just like being in the universe, and I was able to experience an extraordinary feeling that I had never experienced before.

Takashi as a host is Greta and his place has been a pleasure to stay at. This has been my second time being hosted by Takashi and both times have been a pleasure.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Awesome place to stay! The balcony on the fourth floor was a perfect place to see the Skytree. We would highly recommend the stay to anyone wanting to be in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Jacky’s place!! The space was super clean, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for us. The washer/dryer combo was so amazing for a family! They provided everything we needed. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay in Tokyo. Jacky was very responsive and helpful. The place is great,specially for big group. We are thankful to the host Ms. Erina, she allowed us to have early check -in. The place is clean and near to the train station. We had a great stay.

This room has a large toilet space, there is also a balcony for sunning clothes, and it is close to the Skytree, and there is also a supermarket & convenience store nearby; however, there are three stairs when it goes up to the elevator, if there is a large luggage need to carry it to the elevator.

It was just the right size, clean and very relaxing. The host responded quickly and explained things politely. This is a guest house that you don't want to use again.

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

Good location, near to a beautiful view of Skytree and easy to get metro to e everywhere! We loved to try a Japanese style home in Tokyo! Recommended

Ms Naka's apartment was as advertised -- great location close to groceries, convenience stores (7-11, Lawson and Family Mart) and a huge mall (Solamanchi Skytree). The apartment itself is very well maintained and clean. Ms Naka is a good host who is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her generous hospitality made our stay a pleasurable one, and we highly recommend her lovely apartment.

The room is very nice and very clean, although it is a bit small, it is very well equipped, with a bathtub, dryer, oven, etc.It's been a comfortable stay for the past few days!The Host is very attentive and prepared very complete toiletries for us. I feel that I really only need to bring a few changes of clothes.The room is by the roadside, the soundproofing of the balcony is not very good, there will be some motorcycle noise on the road at night, but it is not too bad, my sleep was not affected these days.I'll still choose Saki's B&B next time!

the host was very responsive and kind. they were able to get us extra pillows, which was nice. the room was clean and the extra toiletries were awesome as well. the bed was a lot firmer than I am used to, but I think that's just Japanese style! Just a heads up :)

amazing place to stay

Clean and Safe place. Very near the train, and a lot of restaurants and convenience store in the area. It's our first time in Japan and we did not had any hard time going to places. Miyuki is kind and always responsive and helpful. Thank you!

I love this place. It’s in a quieter neighbourhood and the room is sizeable especially for the standards in Japan. Only thing is if you don’t like the noise coming from upstairs as the walls are a bit too thin, choose the top floor. But it’s only accessible by stairs. Train station is closed by, convenient.

The apartment does not have an elevator, so it is inconvenient to go up and down with luggage. The room is next to the road, so it will be a little noisy in the morning ~ The room is simple, comfortable and clean ~
