Relax and recharge with the family in the peaceful and picturesque village of Aith. This is our family holiday home, close to our family in the quiet and friendly village of Aith, Shetland. It is a great location as the village has a shop, Leisure Centre, Harbour and Marina, play park and is a 5 minute walk to the fantastic ‘Michael’s Wood’. This award winning woodland and trail was planted by family in memory of our cousin and so is a really special place for us which we hope you will enjoy.

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

East-Gate Selfcatering

East-Gate was built new in 2018 the property is located in central Shetland and beautifully finished. Outside the patio door takes you onto a decked area which you can sit out on for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine or to simply take in the scenery . It has the latest air to air heating and air con. We are very lucky to have a hot spot for otter sighting on our door step just a short walk down the field. The sea views and coastal walks makes this an ideal tranquil location.

A cosy stone built cottage, circa 1800, in a superb location on the outskirts of Lerwick. Gorgeous sea view, with the Sands of Sound beach just down the road and great access to coastal walks. Easy walking distance to Tesco and the Clickimin Leisure Complex, with Lerwick town centre only 1.25 miles away. There's a well equipped kitchen with a pully for drying clothes and also a good size living room. Mavine Cottage is a great base from which to explore all Shetland has to offer.

Cosy Home with a view

This modern, comfortable self catering house is a great base for relaxing after a busy day exploring Shetland . Although it is an annexe to owners home it is completely private .There are spectacular views across the bay where seals ,otters and sometimes Orcas can be spotted. There is a small beach 2 minutes walk from the accommodation also a swimming pool and local shop within easy walking distance .

Sound Lodge a Quiet Getaway with a Stunning View

The self-contained flat is situated at the North end of the main property, above the garage so please be aware that there is a staircase for easy access as it has its own entrance and hallway. You will have access to our own waterfront & jetty so if you have a kayak or small boat you're welcome to use the facility, the garage can be used for the drying area.
