What a pleasure to find sanctuary in Holly’s cozy cabin! Holly is kind and welcoming, a gracious and helpful host, while also respectful of privacy. We absolutely adored the space. The copper kitchen sink, ceramic bathroom sink, clawfoot tub, and compost bin were a few of the touches that demonstrate Holly’s lovely aesthetic and the intention she puts into this home. While a bit dim in terms of natural light within the cabin (the home is situated in a valley so this is to be expected), Holly has ensured there is sufficient lighting so it is a non issue. And while the cabin is close to the road, it’s even closer to a lovely stream and there isn’t much traffic at all. We were attending a 3 day wedding celebration up at Glamping Retro and Holly’s cabin was the perfect spot for us. Just a few bends in the road away. Should we ever find ourselves in the area, we would love to stay here again!!

I have already ask to book with them again next weekend! Such a great location, and even as a townhouse very quiet. I plan to visit often, and couldn’t ask for a better host! They are outstanding, and go over and beyond. Vivian even brought an extra TV to use as my laptop monitor. I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much for my incredible stay!

It was a really nice place to stay! Great location, centrally located from Jonesborough and Johnson City. If you are a into diving the Gray Quarry is only 10 minutes away! The swim spa was perfect. The house was stocked with anything you could need in your own home! Definetly would consider bookong again. Juan was a great host!

Leaky Creek Cottage was so cute, clean and comfortable. It was a great location not far off the highway, and near many parks, close to the town of Erwin and only about fifty minutes to Asheville NC. And if you happen to be a Harry Potter fan, it was amazing.

What a great stay! Super personable. The whole place was clean and smelt good. Anything you could possibly need it was in the Airbnb. I got a personal letter thanking me for coming there. Right next to the railroad tracks and I got to see a train go by. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a better Airbnb. This takes perfect to a whole new level.

Just returned from a long weekend staying at this Air BnB. Overall, it is in a wonderful and charming neighborhood within walking distance from downtown JC. Perfect spot to get away and unplug. We enjoyed the coffee at Fearless and OMG the food at Lazy Lady Bakes bakery (downtown) is also tremendous. This location is perfect just for that establishment alone. Do yourself a favor and book this Air BnB!

One of the best homes we’ve stayed in! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Telford. It was like a hotel. The beds were super comfortable and we slept amazingly well. I loved the bathrooms and the amenities like plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Everything was flawless! And so cozy! It felt like home! And our pups loved the cows in the pasture :-)

We have stayed at Cox Haven before and always find consistency in all the aspects of this rating. This is a convenient location and is easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The location is quite and has beautiful surroundings that allow rest and relaxation.
