Spacious, renovated older house a stone's throw from the sea. Parking in your own courtyard. Large garden with trampoline and patio, spacious and sunny porch with barbecue facilities. Short distance to ski resorts, ski and hiking trails, swimming facilities, beach, sea and mountain fishing, golf course, etc. Good playgrounds for children in the immediate vicinity. 5 minutes by car to the cozy city center. Relax with the whole family at Suldalsvatnet embraced by mountains and nature. Located about the middle of Gullingen and Røldal. Short distance to several great hiking areas. Among other things, Hylsskardet, where the Vikings had a trade route in the past, are right by the cabin. The cabin is under gradual renovation, so photos may differ somewhat from actual appearance. Note: The cabin is not rented out as a party room. Guests are responsible for cleaning the cabin even after the stay, so new guests will come to the cleaned and nice place.

It's nice to live here to either want a few quiet days or you're looking for experiences. Here you will find great marked hiking trails ( both light and the slightly more demanding).Offy beach only 600 m away. Otherwise it is 4.5 km to the grocery store, a museum stun and the salmon river, Hålandselva. National tourist road, Ryfylke, goes through Erfjord via Erfjord bridge

Here you will find most things, including swimming pools. Lots of opportunities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences all year round. Svandalen Ski Center is 15 min away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Nice and quiet with amazing views and sun. Only 20 minutes from Sauda. It is a 2 minute walk down to the sea with several swimming and fishing spots. Fantastic hiking areas just nearby, for example Lølandsnuten and Fattnesnuten. Here is a driveable road all the way and good parking opportunities. - Wood-fired hot tub. - Frying pan. - Toys and games for children. About 35 minute drive to the alpine center in Sauda. Inlaid water, electricity and sewage.

Lovely classic architect-designed mountain cabin located in great high mountain terrain on Breiborg. The cabin has its own annex with a sauna and otherwise contains an open kitchen solution and a good ceiling height, one bedroom, loft, toilet room and storage room. The architecture used in the cabin lets in a lot of light and nature through nicely placed windows. The cabin is tastefully decorated and has a well-equipped kitchen for cooking and pleasant meals. Great hiking terrain right out the door from the cabin.

Great newly renovated cabin at Gullingen (Haugastølkvelven) with beautiful views! Parking 50 meters from the cabin. Sleeps 7 (2 in loft). Inlet electricity and water. TV, wireless internet. Dishwasher Twist toilet. Shower cubicle. Heating cables. Fully furnished kitchen. Fireplace. Lovely view of the valley. 200 meters to the light rail, 6 minutes drive to Gullingen ski lift. 15 minutes to grocery store. 25 minutes to Suldal bathroom. Lots of great hikes available in the area, both on foot and skiing.

We had a great time to the cabin. The cabin is very comfortable, warm and modern. We was unlucky with the snow, the sky center was closed, but enough snow for the kids:-). We definitely recommend this place. Ingrid was very helpful, great communication. We hope to be back again!

Spacious kitchen and living room, everything needed was available. Nice view over Skanevik fjord. We also did the roadtrip suggested by Frode, it was very scenic and beautiful.

If we are going back to Sand again, Mathilde's place will be absolutely perfect for us. Definitely recommended to others. Mathilde responds quickly to a message and is a welcoming host.

We had a week skiing and Anne's place was just perfect here!!! We were a total of four adults and two children, it accommodated the place perfectly and we could have easily been more. The most beautiful view of the ski slopes both day and evening. With a fire in the fireplace, we enjoyed the evenings in a quiet setting and relaxed after a long day on the slopes. We're incredibly excited about the place and would love to come back! Anne was incredibly welcoming and helpful - check-in and checkout went smoothly. The home was homey with a lot of games, rooms for coziness and play, as well as soft furnishings for relaxing at night. Our warmest recommendations!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately, we were just passing through, so I can't say much at all. Everything worked out so far. The house is on the second row on the fjord, you might want to mention that. However, there is a beach nearby for swimming. Sandra was kind and quick to respond.
