Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

An ideal house to relax and be quiet, while being able to swim right downstairs in a sublime beach. Very beautiful beaches also 10’drive away. And the isola of San Pietro and its town Carloforte are definitely worth it. A real favorite! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Alessandra.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

The house is beautiful. The stay was extremely pleasant. Lisetta and her husband are friendly, distinct, and hospitable people. It's been a pleasure being a guest, and I'll definitely reply.

We felt right at home. The villa has a beautiful view and very good facilities. There are almost all important and useful kitchen appliances, a washing machine and dishwasher. Very nice hosts and perfect communication!

The house is in a wonderful location. You can enjoy a phenomenal view that starts from the beach of Is Piscadeddus and covers the beach of Campulongu up to the island of cavoli. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach all the most beautiful beaches in the area and, if you do not want to travel by car, the small beach with rocks 3 minutes from the house is a small haven of peace. Sabrina was extremely kind and helpful.

We felt very comfortable in the vacation home Wanda with our 2 children. We liked the garden very much and the nearby beach was beautiful. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the time very much and would come back. Check-in was very flexible, which we really appreciate. Water and Sardinian pastries were available as a welcome. Very hospitable.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

We absolutely loved our stay here as a group of friends! We had a car and everything was very close. The house is big, clean and with a pool and bbq - what else can you want! Thanks Riccardo!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

Really nice location with spectacular view, quiet and close to several nice beaches

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

A beautiful cottage with pool not far from the beach. It was all there what you need. Mini market was in walking distance. Silvia was very friendly and always available. Handyman Salvatore was very friendly and took care of everything without disturbing. The cottage was very secluded and for sightseeing you need a car.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Plenty of room for 6 people- 16/20 year old children, who both brought a friend, plus my husband and I. They spent loads of time in the pool, which is plenty big enough for a swim. The property has beautiful grounds, with different areas so when the kids were being nosy in the pool, there is space to move away from them. Nearest beach was a 10 min walk and the property provided a portable beach umbrella which was useful. Definitely needs a car, to get to local shops. All in all, we gave it a collective 9/10 (other reasons not related to the property brought it down!)for our holiday in Sardinia, and definitely would like to go back again.

We loved staying at the place. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

We had a very nice week at Casa da Maurizio! The accommodation is really fantastic and very well maintained. He was always ready to help us with any questions and had great tips for the surrounding area! Communication was always fast and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready
