What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is the perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, spider or cat enter the terrace? Well, yes. But that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the signal is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very nice and quick to answer questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The decor is well cared for in every detail, in perfect "sea house" style, cozy and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. We were guests at Michael's for 3 nights. Immediately welcomed with extreme courtesy, he provided us throughout our stay with various directions and tips for tourist sites, beaches and restaurants. His house is a charming cottage perched on the mountain, easily accessible, with an extraordinary view of the sea! It has all the amenities described and more. The cleanliness is impeccable and I can guarantee that having your first coffee in the morning in absolute peace with a view of the blue is priceless. From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

The place was very clean and well maintained. Everything necessary was in the kitchen and otherwise available. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the community is very well maintained. There is also a community pool that can be used for 2 euros/adult. In the afternoon, it is nice and shady. The contact with Concetta and her husband Franco was very nice, helpful and quickly accessible. Arrival and departure were straightforward.

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

It was a marvellous place to stay. Great view. Super close to the nice wild beach. Happy to have been there in September. Everything was super calm. People around very helpful and friendly. Sylvia from Rent Sardinia was very kind and always looked for prompt solutions. Would definitely go back for a next stay.

We had a wonderful week at this great house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, well equipped and 100% matched the pictures and description. In addition, the location could not be better: There are several fantastic beaches (both wild beaches and tourist beaches with sun loungers/restaurants/bars) with white sand and turquoise blue, clean water, great pine forests and small authentic shops with local products as well as good restaurants - and all within walking distance of the house. In the house itself, you also enjoy absolute tranquility and, above all, the unobstructed view from the roof terrace over the pine forests to the sea is simply unforgettable. Stefan is the perfect host: super friendly, accommodating and always available for questions and great tips. Thank you for everything - we will definitely be back!

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.
