Community has hiking trails, a heated pool, tennis and basketball courts! We disinfect all surfaces and bleach all linens in between stays!

This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.
