Greg's apartment is in a perfect location in Toronto, close to St. Lawrence Market and just east of Toronto's financial district. The apartment is very nice and quiet, with stylish modern furniture, modern appliances, and a really comfortable bed. The building that the apartment is in is very well run, too. We had a great time staying in Greg's apartment, and would definitely stay there again!

Good unit in older building - which means much more space than in more recent builds. For example, there's actually space around the (full-sized!) wash basin to spread out a wash bag and shaving things. If you know Toronto condos, you know this is often not the case! The building was undergoing refurbishment when I stayed (early Jun, 2025) so areas like the elevators are getting an upgrade. Location at the bottom of Yonge is quite convenient and walkable. Unit looks out directly over the Gardiner, so the balcony is not really usable, but it's plenty quiet with the door/windows shut. I didn't love picking up / dropping off the key from a convenience store that is about 10 minutes walk away. Not so much fun when it's raining and you're dragging luggage. Be cautious if you're coming into Toronto on an evening flight that could be delayed - the convenience store shuts at 11:00, so if there's a risk you'd be later, you might not be able to get your keys. Overall, though, very good.

This is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely love the location, the staff and Montu were the best. Not only recommended but encouraged. If you looking to stay in Toronto, this is where you want to be!
