Vacation rentals with beach access in Suffolk County

Shawn's place was conveniently located for us. We were looking for something with on-site free parking, close to the airport and easy city access. This unit checked all the boxes. Well equipped with plenty of linens and extra pillows, blankets and towels if you needed. There was a great coffee/tea selection complete with all sugar varieties and little coffee creamers. There were snacks on hand and also an array of welcome beverages (nice touch). Just around the corner is a small Italian bakery with delicious pastries, sandwiches, salads and coffees. Next door to that shop is a small Spanish bodega that offers a few necessary provisions (we bought items to make BLT's) like milk and sandwich bread. Thankfully it was not hot so we didn't have to use the AC, therefore I can't speak to this but there were fans in each bedroom. Overall, I would recommend, and I would stay again. Beautiful accommodations and views. Easy access to the city. The host was very responsive. The extra coffee was also a plus 😁 Would definitely stay again!

My family and I were very happy to rent this residence. It was exactly what we needed during a college graduation week for one of our sons. It was quiet, relaxing, in a very nice neighborhood, close to the redline metro, and near the water. Jon and his wife were very courteous and helpful. My husband and I took our 8-year twins on a week-long family vacation to Boston and stayed in Saber's place. It was perfect in every way for our first substantial family trip to a "big city"-- safe, quiet, clean, spacious (the kids loved having separate rooms), equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and internet, and within walking distance to the T, beach, and Luigi's pizza (which we definitely frequented). Saber was kind, hospitable, and responsive. Highly recommend!

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

What a wonderful apartment! Meri and Jeff have gone out of their way to immaculately maintain a very cozy and gorgeous space for guests! The location is perfect to explore the neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed the long walks by the beach, which is so close by. We will certainly come back again!

Olga’s place had everything I needed for a week visiting my son in Boston. The apartment is comfortable and had a desk so I could work during the day. The microwave and toaster oven in the kitchen were fine for quick meals. While the apartment is on a busy street which is in the description, the small white noise maker by the bed worked well for me. Finally, Olga and her husband were very responsive when I needed some help. I would recommend Olga’s place if you’re going to be in the area.

Loved our stay. Perfect for our extended family and way more reasonable than Boston hotels during graduation season. Spot on descriptions. Shelby was very responsive. Kind enough to offer access to pantry (e.g. sugar, honey, tea etc) and the garage parking is a HUGE bonus for Southie.

We were visiting Massachusetts to explore Boston. this place sits right in front of ferry station making it super convenient to get a boat ride. Ideal place for island life lovers. Plenty of fishing spots few blocks down the street. A lot of restaurants and bars within short drive. Great diner right across the street - 2 minutes walk. The house is very clean and thoughtful.

I stayed here for a two week visit the Boston area and it really was the perfect place for the trip. Great spot to just relax inside for the day or take a walk to the beach or storefronts, but also pretty good access to Boston itself via the ferry. Nice decor; I especially loved the tide clock by the door. The interior is on the smaller side for a house (you stay in the upstairs half of the unit) so it might be cozy with a larger group or family. Overall I'd highly recommend this location and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

Great property! Everything looks just as advertised and was extremely clean and welcoming. The location was also great - 5 min walk to the train station and very easy to get around. Fully exceeded all of our expectations!

Great option for us during graduation weekend in Boston. Great location for any type of transportation. Quiet street. Very easy to access. The description was exactly as shown. Luciana’s place was IMMACULATE! Everything was pristine. Make sure to double check street cleaning signs (Luciana does tell you to be aware…sometimes husbands don’t read all the way through 😉😳) Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful stay. The kitchen is is great and the living room couches were relaxing and comfortable. The beds are okay and the simple kitchen table seats four (there is a little table on the front porch and a picnic table on the back deck). My suggestion is to bring a few comfy lawn chairs because you will want to spend some pleasant evenings (until 10) outside (we were there in May), and, of course, there is the beach. The bathroom is small and very clean, the shower is great. Communication was responsive and fast. We are glad we stayed here! Thanks!

This is my third booking at Kay's place. That should say enough when there are many other choices.

This was an awesome place for my daughter, her family and I to spend time sightseeing Boston while also letting the kids (and ourselves) relax with some beach time. Access to the Boston sights was easy with our rental car, though I think we could have done it well using the “T” which is a 10 minute walk. The house is giant, and the bedrooms on the upper level allowed the grandpa (me) to go to sleep at a reasonable hour while the kids hung on the lower level. The kitchen has all we needed to cook, though there are restaurants a short walk or a drive. One thing that I loved was that the place was spotless clean and NONE of the little things like loose knobs or broken shades. Oh, and a giant washer/dryer made cleaning up after the beach easy. I consider this the best of the AirBnB homes I’ve visited.

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

Stayed at Andrew's place in Boston for 3 nights to attend a Sox game and a couple nights of concerts. No parking at the house but Andrew was perfect in describing where I can park a short 2 blocks away. It's about 2-3 miles from anything you'd want to do in the city....Fenway Park, the Aquarium and waterfront etc....easy 10 minute drive (city traffic). The place had everything you'd need, was clean as a whistle and Andrew was super quick to respond with anything I asked, whether it was about parking, nearby places to eat, etc....he really was right on top of everything. I don't really go to Boston for much but if I find myself there again I'll definitely be looking at Andrew's place as my first choice!

Great spot for attending a convention - 20 minute walk. Neighborhood has groceries, banks, restaurants and a drug store. Host was very responsive and the place was super clean with everything we needed.

Had a lovely stay in the cute town of Winthrop. The house was an old, but very newly renovate with all the quaintness you find in a well cared for historic home. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location and there were so many nice ammenities that other places I’ve stayed did not have. The little extras like the laundry detergent, the Keurig and pods, a bottle of wine All meant so much. I was with my son and daughter in law and two granddaughters, and everybody felt immediately at home. Will definitely return.

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out.
