The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

Im Januar 2021 wurde ein Großteil mit ca. 9.000 jungen Laubbäumen bewaldet und mit einem Wildschutzzaun eingezäunt.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. Your house was built as a freight floor of Wutike station. We have completely renovated the old building and have now also completed the sauna in the old laundry room. This has also created two more sleeping places, so now 9 people can relax. We prefer it if you can arrive by train. When have you ever had your private train home? Several times a day a very charming little train passes by here.
