I had a lovely stay and enjoyed some beautiful walks. It was really handy having such a range of breakfast items. There was milk, choice of 2 cereals, bread, butter, jam and yogurts! Bed was very comfy and the studio was very clean. Wifi was excellent which was helpful as I'd taken some work to get done in the evenings. Would recommend to my friends.

Our group of six—two adults, one young adult, and three teenagers—had a very comfortable stay at Lesley’s lovely home. It, indeed, felt very much like a home and not just a rental property. There was ample space for all of us, and it was great to have three toilets and two showers. The location is superb—a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and the riverfront, which we enjoyed strolling along in the evening. A great place for a larger group to stay in Wivenhoe!

Rebecca was very responsive from booking to check out. Very friendly and approachable. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed and more. The food was a lovely surprise! Thank you. The toiletries were amazing too (they smell divine!). Very comfortable to relax and sleep. Really hope to come again and stay longer next time! So much more to explore!

Katharine has a lovely house & garden in the centre of charming Woodbridge. Its very stylishly furnished, with an immaculate bathroom & has all the essential mod cons. The only drawback to its central location is the on-street parking, which can be quite competitive! However, the Theatre Street pay car park is only just round the corner.

We had a wonderful stay at Kitchen Hall cottages - the swimming pool made it very special for our 4 year old!! Wendy and Max were very responsive and we appreciated their recommendation to visit The Rainbow and Dove - the food was delicious! We visited Hatfield Forest National Trust for a big walk too - it was lovely and would recommend this.

This is our third time staying with Kelly and yet again we had a great time and experience. The caravan is spotless and in a lovely location. Kelly was an excellent host as she always is. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Had a lovely relaxing stay in a great property. I really quiet location with fantastic outdoor space that was perfect for a family break. The kitchen had all we needed for our meal prep and Clacton is a short drive away for the big supermarket shop. Recommend that you take your garden games but don't forget to pack your swimming bits to spend time in one of the hot tubs afterwards. All the family said they would love to stay there again. Antonina was always speedy and helpful with responses and helped us retrieve the items that we managed to leave behind.

We had the most amazing stay at Sprotts farm, in the brambles. The cottage itself was lovely and so homely, and there were lovely dog walks straight from the door, but to then add in a gorgeous outdoor pool and an excellent games room just propelled this holiday in to one of our favourites. Alica and family were on hand to help with any info if needed, but we're not overbearing at all. We would highly recommend Sprotts farm to anybody and will definitely return. This was a fantastic place to stay. Clean and tidy and incredibly spacious overlooking a beautifully private and serene landscape in the backyard. A great location and close to town and all facilities.

Incredible cottage in which to stay, with amazing architectural features, very clean rooms, and everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were extremely communicative, and were very kind to allay any fears we had in advance about the temperature in the cottage (we travelled with our dog in extremely hot weather). We were thrilled on arrival to enter a blissfully cool cottage! Our little dog absolutely loved his first airbnb stay adventuring in the lovely secure garden (complete with passion fruit and figs growing along the fences), beautiful local walks, snoozing on the snuggly sofa and settled astoundingly well into this lovely little romantic getaway. This is the perfect, extremely dog friendly location, with a lovely dog bed and bowls already provided too. From a human point of view, the sofa was gorgeous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable….we slept like logs. Great little shop at no.62 to grab some brekkie on a lazy Sunday morning too… just perfect!

We had an exceptional two night stay in Valeria's lovely, well-equipped caravan situated in a peaceful and picturesque lakeside setting only a short 15 min walk from Clare, a pretty little Suffolk market town. Valeria and David are friendly and responsive hosts, always helpful and accommodating. The caravan provided everything that we needed, furthermore it was clean, tidy and homely. The outside space exceeded our expectations; we had a table and chairs as well as a sofa and coffee table and two comfy sunbeds. In addition, we had our own firepit surrounded by more seating. There was a fully equipped barbecue and plenty of logs available for the firepit. By the water's edge, we had use of a little rowing boat for relaxing on the lake and spotting wildlife. My family and I had a wonderful weekend with amazing weather and we would definitely consider a return visit in the future. A truly 5- star experience! Thank you Valeria and David.

What a beautiful place to stay. The cottage is immaculate and the surroundings amazing - we loved watching pheasants and hares in the field outside the sitting room and bedroom windows. As we have dogs it was super to have a safe enclosed garden and then to be able to open the gate straight onto the footpath - we enjoyed several local walks from the doorstep. We were staying to host a birthday lunch for my mother and sister, and it was such a bonus to have a well equipped kitchen and excellent dining/social space. Plus the bed was very comfy and showers were hot! A great place to stay - we hope to stay again when we next visit family nearby

The house is absolutely stunning and Katie was a fantastic host, being super helpful and responsive with any questions we had before arriving.

A lovely cabin in a beautiful setting with chickens and ducks all around. We loved playing cricket and the kids had a great time in the woods. The cabin itself was lovely - spacious and had everything you needed. The fresh bread and eggs was a lovely touch too. We struggled a little bit with streaming videos with the Wi-Fi - but otherwise a fabulous place. I’d recommend dinner at the Bell Inn down the road - dog friendly and lovely homemade food!

Gorgeous place to relax and unwind surrounded by stunning countryside. Annabel was always communicative, friendly and kind. The Cowshed is well stocked for a family wanting to cook, and we had everything we needed- the Sky channels were greatly appreciated! The garden was perfect for our dog and the treats were very thoughtful. We explored the local villages as well as Bury St Edmunds and it was great.

We stayed at The Blacksmiths Cottage for 2 nights to celebrate my husbands birthday. The cottage was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Everything we need was there even a fan in the bedroom to keep us cool in the very hot weather we had. The cottage was spotlessly clean. Matthew gave us some good advice on places to see and eat. The cottage was just perfect for us and our 2 dogs, who both slept downstairs on the tiled kitchen/living area floor. We found some good walks for the dogs close by and thoroughly enjoyed looking around this most unusual village, full of extremely old historic houses.
