Space has many things you need for a stay. There was coffee, creamer, sugar, bottled water, chips. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, kettle, air fryer, dishes, and cutlery for use. Is a large bathroom, bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows and blankets to choose from.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. Quiet and peaceful. Even though it’s located in a neighbourhood of cottages, it was still very private at this time of the year. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, cooking oils, pots and pans. The view from the dock and the upper deck are beautiful, could stare out at the lake for hours. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This was the ideal place for us to decompress after a roadtrip around Georgian Bay with our 4- and 6-year olds. The church is such a nice and calm place. We really liked the trail to Recollets Falls starting from the visitors centre of French River. Unfortunately we didn't have more time to visit Grundy Lake as well.

"House on the Hill" is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at—and I’ve stayed in many across Canada and the world. I needed a quiet, comfortable space to recover from a procedure, get some work done, and enjoy a bit of peace—and this place was absolutely perfect. It was immaculate, incredibly clean, and even more spacious and beautiful than the photos suggest. The private deck overlooking Sudbury is incredible—I spent every morning and evening out there. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and I felt completely safe taking daily walks and being outside in the evening. Troy was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to all of my (many!) questions. He was respectful, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. He also went above and beyond by leaving some snacks and refreshments, which was such a kind touch. I’m in Sudbury often, and I won’t hesitate to book again. I’ll be recommending this place to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.

It was such an great place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood and the house was really clean. all the essentials were provided for the stay. And the host was really friendly. i would totally recommend this place.

My in laws stayed at her Airbnb and loved it. They said that the place was clean and cute. Alicia allowed us to visit there and I could see why they loved the place. She was very responsive and friendly. When they had problem locking the door, she changed the lock's battery as soon as she could. They said they would love to book her place again 😀 Highly recommended !!!
