Great opportunity for a family with 2-3 kids to spend a weekend or even longer in the countryside in the Rax region. Very nice and friendly host. Everything was just as expected and even more. We will come again! P.S.: The nearest public pool is just a 3-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. The kids loved it too! :-)

We had a great weekend for ten and felt well looked after by Daniel. There is everything your heart desires and the recommended hike to the Karl Lechner Haus was also great. Fireplace, hot tub, projector, barbecue area great to use. We felt very comfortable! Regards

Enjoy your stay in Graz in this beautiful apartment. The studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge/freezer, tableware and cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc.). The bathroom with rain shower is equipped with hand and bath towels, hair dryer and toiletries. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer in the house. You can park your car in the courtyard for free and use public transport right in front of the building.

Nice apartment in the center of the city

The ~50 m² apartment, renovated in early 2023, with a spacious balcony, is centrally located, at the foot of the Schlossberg, about 5 minutes from the city park and can accommodate up to four guests (pull-out sofa). It is the ideal starting point to get to know Graz. The property is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity there are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. A bakery and café are just around the corner.

A neatly organized pantry shelf displays an array of spices in glass jars, each labeled for easy identification. Below, various boxed items, including tea and cooking essentials, are arranged in an orderly fashion, contributing to a well-stocked kitchen.

Julian's flat quiet and central (congress-Graz)

The carefully maintained & fully equipped, ~65m2 apartment is the perfect starting point for your stay in Graz. Very centrally located, you can reach congress-Graz in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the soccer arena and the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot. The streetcar and bus stop are 1min away, in 5min you are on the highway by car. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quiet and invites you to live and work.

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Beautifully located house with great views. Lots of space. Actually much too bad to use it only to stay overnight....You should just lie in the meadow or sit on the bench and enjoy the peace and nature (and read all the old magazines).

The sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with various arranged pillows and a gray blanket. Two bedside tables with lamps provide soft illumination, while a large artwork depicting a tree enhances the wall above the bed, complementing the neutral color scheme.

Great place! Especially if you just want to unplug. There is plenty to discover in the area and a lot even in the immediate vicinity!

We absolutely loved our time staying at Josefhof. We were there to watch our son taking part in the Ironman at Klagenfurt and it was a perfect place to stay for five of us. The accomodation was quite quirky and full of lovely old furniture and lots of character. The amenities were perfect for what we needed, and the shower was very nice. It also has a great drying room which was useful for swimming things. It remained nice and cool inside despite the very warm weather outside. The grounds are spectacular and we were pleased to be able to use the swimming pool a couple of times (which is huge!) as the owners of the main house were not there and had given us permission. The whole place is a real gem and quite an experience to visit. Definitely recommended!

Near centrum, quiet, free parking, full equipment

The apartment consists of the ground floor of an older cottage. This is very original with everything you need for a short stay, including stove, refrigerator and dishwasher if you want to eat there. The description and photos give a very good impression. The bed is quite new and very comfortable and above all sufficiently large (1.80 m). The cleanliness is impeccable. Communication with David was just right, we always knew everything we needed. We did not seek advice because we have been to Graz many times, but that would have been possible. Summary: We liked it very much there and will come back, recommended!

The place was beyond our expectation. Fully equipped, and was more than spacious for 3 families with children. The skilift is a bit far on foot, especially with children, and the ski in/out works only when all the slopes are in operation, that was a minor inconvenience in our case, but that depends solely on the weather. The host was responsive, and promptly answered all of my questions. After all, i'd recommend this place!
