The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

The apartment has a 40 m² sun terrace, 2 bedrooms with blinds, a living room, a flat-screen cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The golf course of the Carinthian Golf Club Dellach is right behind our house. For our guests there is a 40% green fee discount.
