Lake house vacation rentals in Sturgeon Lake

My 3 daughters and I came for a quilting getaway. The house was spectacular and clean. So peaceful and private. The perfect place to recharge. We all enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning off the lake. There were a few boats to watch as they fished. The deck seating was ideal for having some meals

We had a great stay at Michelle's place for our annual multi-generational vacation! Plenty of space for everyone, cabin was well equipped and location was wonderful. The cabin truly had everything we needed and more. Can't wait for the chance to visit again!

We had a wonderful time in Amy Marie's home! The property is beautiful and charming, and the lake view is stunning! It is a large home with lots of space! It was perfect for our extended family vacation. Amy Marie gave us a recommendation to rent a pontoon boat at Beachside Resort Rentals and they had a perfect boat for us and treated us very well. Thank-you for a terrific stay and fun family vacation!

I wanted to share how appreciative I am of the efforts of keeping your property chemical and fragrance free! I was so impressed! We keep a non-toxic home as well and staying in rentals always give me a bit of anxiety with all the common cleaners used. I loved being able to bring my little ones here and be so comfortable and at peace. Thank you! I wish there were more properties out there that take a healthy environment as seriously as you guys.

This was a great place to stay. Judy was very responsive and had lots of helpful information. The view outside the window toward the lake was amazing to look at anytime of day.

The Refresh Cabin was wonderful! We stayed at the cabin while we were in town for a wedding and it was perfect. Beds were super comfy, lots of space to relax and a beautiful outdoor space for the kids to play. They loved the outdoor games and going out in the paddle boat. Joseph is a great host. His recommendations were spot on and very helpful for finding groceries and restaurants nearby. We would love to stay there again if we are ever back in Minnesota.

Everything was just as described. This house is amazing with spectacular views! Owner was very quick to respond when I had a question. Would 100% stay here again!

The only complaint I have is the lake is very busy on the weekends and there is houses being built all around during week. It was very noisy during the week. At the same time I loved it so much I didn’t want to leave.

This Airbnb met 100% of our needs. It was squeaky clean. It was easy to find with great directions. Joel is accommodation, friendly, and responsive. We will use this Airbnb again when we're in the area.

We had a great stay at the Island Lake Getaway. Fishing was great right off the dock. We were able to use kayaks and pedal boats, and they also had lots of sand toys and games for the kids to play outside. There isn’t anything that could have made this a better stay than it was! We were so impressed with the property, and all the family who came to visit was also blown away by how beautiful it was. We usually book a hotel when we stay in Duluth, but this was so much better for our family of 4.

This home was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood near a lake. The house was clean, mattresses were very comfortable with plenty of pillows which is very important to me! Being pet friendly and having the dog park right across the street is so convenient!! Not sure how many people stay with pets but again, the house was clean with NO pet odors or pet hair to be found. Reisa was very friendly, also prompt in answering a couple of questions the morning of our arrival. Kitchen seemed well stocked with utensils and such although we didn’t need to use much of it. We will definitely check availability of this home next time we’re in the area and need lodging.

Great home and location, clean and decorated nicely. The house was perfect for 3 couples. Plenty of space in the kitchen, living room and deck for us to congregate. We took advantage of the lake, trails, restaurants and the local casino. Host was quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating.

Beautiful location! Had a great secluded yard we got to see lots of wild life including 2 bears right in the yard! House was beautiful, very accommodating and affordable! Loved being right on the lake with a short walk. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!! Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Dale‘s home to celebrate Father’s Day weekend. It is supremely beautiful, relaxing, and the photos do no justice to how beautiful the area is. The cabin was cozy and spacious, great instructions from the owners on how to get checked in and for recommendations of things to do nearby

Booked a stay with some friends for a long weekend at the lake and Heidi’s place was absolutely perfect! She was always responsive, and well prepared with everything we needed from towels to basic kitchen utensils and everything in between. The hot tub was a huge perk and we also had fun taking the kayaks out on the lake. Definitely would recommend booking with Heidi for anyone looking for a relaxing escape near the twin cities!

Beautiful place! The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the big open kitchen and family room areas. Joe was so helpful with check-in and recommendations. We loved The Sand Bar and Trailblazers. Definitely recommend this house!

We had a wonderful stay! David was a great host. We had our dogs Cal and Mable along for the trip. Cal and Mable made a new friend Davids dog Jack. Jack was such a sweetheart. Good times were made playing in the lake and sitting around the campfire. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Bay Getaway! The property was definitely big enough for our group of 15 and it provided all sorts of amenities such as canoes, kayaks, lawn games, fire pit, paddle boards and a very nice game room! We enjoyed playing pickleball at the new courts in the area, walking to the delicious bakery and Teals (the local grocery store). We rented a pontoon for a day and enjoyed fishing and cruising the beautiful Lake Mille Lacs. Our host, Nina was very responsive with our many questions and the property was very clean. Our group had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and hope to come back again one day.

Michelle & Jason were amazing hosts—proactive in communicating and immediately responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful with every thoughtful detail imaginable to make our stay comfortable and easy—from artfully created signage, clear instructions and a welcome basket of snacks to incredibly well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with high end appliances and quality dishes and drink ware. It truly felt like they anticipated our every need. The lakeside location with beautiful views from most rooms made it feel extra special. We definitely hope to return.

This was our second stay at Sharon’s cabin & we will definitely be back in the future! We forgot a baby blanket on our last trip, Sharon had it waiting on the table for us when we checked in. We had everything we needed & enjoyed our stay. Sharon is a wonderful host!

Our family has strong roots in the many towns in this area. This home provided the perfect anchor for us while we traveled to spend time with family and friends and celebrate my father’s life. The home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the lake. I would recommend staying there.
