Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had fantastic hiking weather – and the accommodation was the ideal starting point: In just 15 minutes you are in Imst to explore a scenic and alpine high-altitude trail with the gondola. In 45 minutes you can reach the highest waterfall in Tyrol (Stuibenfall in the Ötztal), and if you are looking to cool off, you can drive to the Plansee in a good 50 minutes and swim or walk through the gorge (Stuibenfälle meeting point for canyoning). The kitchen is a real highlight for self-catering – rarely so well equipped on Airbnb! Especially great: the guest card that Peter proactively organized for us (thank you!), with which you can ride the gondola in Imst for free every day. For families, there is a small sandbox, a large terrace with a fireplace and spectacular views. Note: The terrace is shared with the neighbors. We were very lucky with them – nevertheless, a privacy screen would be pleasant if you are sunbathing while cooking next door 😉

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

Best choice for tourists in Innsbruck

The apartment is bright, spacious and fresh. Everything needed is present and more. A surprise was the crafts for the children, which our children gratefully used. We were present in spring. The location of the apartment is perfect, as experienced athletes, the climbing, running and sports opportunities are within easy reach. There are also many playgrounds for the children nearby. Even within walking distance of the apartment is a nice playground where our children enjoyed themselves at a great time. The kitchen is full of conveniences, clean and easy to use. In short, we had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

We have come back here because we liked the first time very much. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to ensure a comfortable stay. In the beautiful surroundings, there is also plenty to do and see.

The stay by Tina was wonderful in every sense you can imagine. She and her family were very nice, excellent and very kind hosts. The apartment is fantastically equipped and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, close to nature and very silent. Nevertheless, it is close to bus connection to Innsbruck downtown. Thank you, Tina!

We especially liked the cleanliness and the location of the apartment. The way to the city center is a 30-40 minute walk. Since parking spaces are expensive in Innsbruck, this was a great advantage. From here you can also quickly reach many tourist destinations. Next to the apartment is a nursery and it was really nice to watch the little ones play in the morning. Many thanks to Simone. We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the Stubaital and heading into the mountains for hiking. The apartment was clean and well-organized when we arrived. Björn was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit and quickly answering any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Very nice and quiet apartment. Inventory in very good condition. We felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Wonderful apartment overlooking Neuschwanstein and deer in the grass field. Good base for sightseeing and hiking in the hills

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located right next to the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to downtown. If you come by public transport, we recommend the bus line W, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We felt right at home Our wishes, such as baby beds and highchairs, were easily met. The accessibility and communication was great and very committed. We can really recommend this place and would book it again anytime.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast overlooking the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely comfortable – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, it was even possible for us to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: “Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?” I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and straightforward. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily use are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
