Peony was the perfect, peaceful base for our Götzens Tai Chi School winter training for me, and for Grant to teach himself snowboarding on local slopes! All the information Georg left was up to date and helpful, and he he was also helpful and responsive with specific queries and tips in person. Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. Rooms are sufficiently large, bathrooms too. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete everything. In the immediate vicinity are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities. The house is located in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there very much. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic base for your adventures around the Tirol region in a quiet area with beautiful views. Very spacious apartment, sunny terrace looking over the mountains for sunset aperitivi. Everything seems somehow newly renovated and also perfectly in keeping with another moment in time, creating a great vibe. Easy parking.

My partner and I stayed here for one night on our way to Innsbruck, and it was perfect! It was exactly as described, it had a lovely terrace to enjoy a meal and very private too. Claudia was also very helpful, and left clear instructions. We would definitely recommend!

The apartment is large, independent and bright. You have everything you need in a house, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. He even leaves things like band-aids, toothbrushes, hand cream, enough towels.... coffee and various types of tea. He also had the thoughtfulness to leave us bread for breakfast. Next door there is a supermarket and bus. By car you will arrive promptly. Free parking at the door. It was a pleasure to be at Tanja's house, I recommend it and I would definitely repeat.

Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and beautiful. Communication was great, always got a quick response. The view is beautiful. The location is ideal for hiking. And even on rainy days, you feel super comfortable. We would come back.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, that was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery can be reached on foot. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

It was worth the price. It is right next to the central Innsbruck railway station and bus stop. Location-wise it is very ideal. The apartment has all the amenities one could require on daily basis. And it has a superb view of the Alps. Cheery on the top is - Nikolaos is a really friendly person and one could never feel that we are talking to a stranger. He proactively shared tips and places to visit which proved really valuable on our trip. With all this support and care, I never felt that I was staying hundreds of kilometers away from home.
