The house is modernized with new kitchen and bathroom as well as after insulation so that it can be used throughout the year. The bedroom is equipped with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a good quality sofa bed with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning sugar. The house of 36 m2 is oriented to the south, which is why you experience both sun up and descents from the house.

It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

The annex is located by the city's edge, close to water and forest for about 10 km from svendborg and Rudkøbing .
