The room has a great view and scenery.The location is also convenient for self-driving. Experience Norwegian-style fireplace heating and tea making by the fjord. The host was responsive.Very good attitude towards guests, you can see that many things are new. It would be better if the room heating could be strengthened a little, and there were fewer flies.

Wow! What an amazing place! It is like staying at a friends home - super comfortable, homey, and relaxing. The "sun room" was enchanting and we sat there for fours enjoying the different moods of the fjord. The location was beyond anything I can describe - it was so quiet! Lindy was very responsive and quick. There was nothing that could not have asked for!

We enjoyed our stay; it was peaceful, especially with the rainy weather adding to the ambiance. However, we did not realize from the profile that the flat is an attachment to a house, located below another residence, so there was some noises (minimal) from people moving around above. Overall, it was a great stay.

Sissel and Bernhard are wonderful hosts, their cabin on the waterfront is amazing. Our 3 night stay was 5* in every aspect, I only wished we booked for longer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sissel and Bernhard for a memorable stay.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and tranquil property. Cabin right at the lake at idyllic Faleide close to Stryn. Lovely space where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility along the fjord, while being close to Stryn city centre with all that it can offer and ski center either in Stryn or Hornindal with both alpine and tour skiing opportunities. The cabin has both a balcony in advance and large plating next to the cabin, both towards the fjord. The cabin is from 1995 and standard according to that, but with bright colors and good atmosphere.

It's situated in the little village Tistam which is a part of the smalltown Utvik. Tistam is a small, idyllic and quiet place in Stryn municipality. Perfectly situated near to the fjord in a beautiful scenery known for its spectacular fjords and mountains. Good place to relax or as a base for trips/activities in Nordfjord.

Great place for a family holiday. the house has amazing views over the Fjord and mountains. so many activities in the area, such as hiking, via Ferrata, Skylift, Zip lining, and water activities. Our host Haldor was very friendly and a great help, he arranged 2 excursions for us, fishing and a visit to his family farm. the house is clean, spacious, well equipped with all modern amenities, and has a great location close to many attractions in Norway, such as Geiranger, Trollstigen, and many more. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family.
