It has a perfect terrace for an open-air aperitif with breathtaking views (maybe after a swim in the pool or a sauna!). The common areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to satisfy the view with a suggestive landscape that will brighten the days of your stay.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Villa with Pool - Marmore Waterfall

The villa is located in the middle of the Valnerina countryside, between hills of olive groves and Mediterranean scrub woods. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 km from the property. The property is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (5m×10m, depth 1.5m) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with electric car charging stations.

The apartment also has private parking and a large, finely maintained, fully fenced garden.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The large apartment with double entrance consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and study; the sleeping area includes three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, also available individually. Due to its location and configuration, the Residence is particularly suitable for business stays.
