Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

Absolutely loved our stay at Dans place, anything we needed him and Gary were super responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Deborah & Martin's property is every bit as good as the listing promises-it is well designed, beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained throughout. The surroundings are entirely peaceful yet accessible (we saw buzzards, bunnies and bats) and the kitchen is a particular stand out for those of us who like to prepare our own meals on holiday, being both spacious and fully equipped with quality tableware and equipment. Deborah was responsive and attentive from the time of booking to the end of the stay but left us to our own devices. Highly recommended.

A beautiful spacious house with everything you need for a relaxing break, good location close enough to attractions in Cornwall. Paul the Host very helpful and quick to respond.

Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

Very neat flat in the middle of Woolacombe. Pubs, restaurants, coffee houses and shops all within short walking distance. The are has so many walks and running routes as well as great swimming and surfing so great for active folk. Will definitely look to see if available again as this place is perfect for the area

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

Just got home after a 4 day stay at The Wheatstore and am jumping on the 5 star review bandwagon. Just the loveliest of stays, beautiful accommodation that felt just like home. A 2 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to Polzeath beach. Clare & Mike are lovely people and happy to help if you need anything. Will definitely be back. Our new home from home 🥰

It is a great space this airbnb has been understated. I have just left Nigels very large accomodation to arrive at my next airbnb only to find it bijou to be polite! and certainly not in such a lovely location. In comparison this similarly priced accomodation woud fit into Nigels 5 times.

we loved staying at Tory's place! It has great views, enough space for us and we loved being there. Tory is very kind and thinks along with you when you have any questions. would definitely recommend :)

we spent two weeks at Pippa's place. it was everything that we were told and more. Pippa, Matt and the children were very welcoming and friendly. The Annexe is very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family

Perfectly situated and a beautiful place to stay. Claire responded really fast with any queries I had. The apartment is gorgeous! I felt relaxed and like I was at home. The apartment has everything anyone would need for a perfect stay. I found some lovely local shops and have bought a few things to remind me of my visit. We had a wonderful stay, the views and surrounding area are stunning. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing short break in the sunshine, wish we could have stayed longer - perhaps next year as would love a return visit! Thanks

First impressions of the resort were very disappointing. The so called bungalows near the car park were shabby, some looked to be abandoned and derelict. Our spirits continued to be dampened as we walked up through the resort towards Sandy Toes but on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. Sandy Toes was in our opinion the best villa/chalet on the resort. The outside was well looked after and had obviously been updated. The decking was great and enabled us to let the dogs wander around freely. Inside continued to impress. It had everything we needed, very well equipped, clean and spotlessly tidy. All bedding was well laundered and the beds themselves were comfortable. The only negatives were there was damp smell in the bathroom, this was more noticeable in the morning or when returning to the villa, oh and we struggled to tune the TV channels but I guess that could be down to user error! Thanks Louise for making sure we had everything we needed for our week away.

Nile are a awesome man how help me a lot. My plan with the without the house couldn’t take me and my friends, so we were standing without anywhere to live thanks to Neil. My wife didn’t divorce me.

A Perfect Devon Escape – More Than We Could Have Hoped For! Our 3-day stay at this spacious North Devon villa was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the welcoming touches – including three bottles of wine that set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped, not just with all the essential utensils and appliances, but even stocked with some food items – a rare and thoughtful detail that made cooking a pleasure. Every corner of the villa is beautifully decorated, with stylish bedrooms and elegant dining areas that make you feel right at home. The highlight, though, has to be the stunning garden – a peaceful haven complete with comfortable garden furniture, hammocks, a garden cot with bedding, a grill, a cozy fireplace, and even a camping fire setup perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Beautiful house, thoughtfully decorated and a pleasure to spend time in. It is also huge so lots of space to make yourself at home. All appliances, white goods etc in perfect working order and all furniture comfortable and tidy, linens and towels very clean etc. The house throughout was very clean. Parking permits available on arrival so very easy and we had no issues with parking during our week long stay. Easy to walk to the seafront, shopping mall, aquarium etc and we enjoyed the walks. Very small asks would be to provide more dinner plates, side plates and bowls. As a family of 5 we went through everything in a day but it’s not enough to fill the dishwasher so no break from washing up on hols! A few basics like salt, pepper, oil would be welcomed to help with home cooking. As I said very small asks. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home away from home for anyone travelling to Plymouth.

Very friendly and great communication. Spacious bedrooms that are clean and tidy and are well glazed to minimise traffic noise from the main road. The property is situated near loads of amenities in Plymouth and was easy and quick to get to. The views from the rooms were lovely, tranquil and ever changing with the tide and weather. Just be mindful that to get those views there are loads of steps! There are binoculars in the main bedroom to spot wildlife when the tide is out. There aren’t any bins in the bedrooms or bathroom so had to use my dogs unused poo bags so be prepared. There is a lay-by for locals parking (3 cars) which is straight off the busy main road. I couldn’t park at the back of the property as my SUV was too big to get the right angle to park (as it’s a fairly busy narrow lane) so if you have a small-ish car you’ll be fine. Overall a lovely bungalow to base yourself in Plymouth but just be prepared for the steps and parking.

We loved its quirkiness, but Weeke Barton is an old building with uneven floors and low ceilings and spiral staircases which were a challenge. The stairs didn’t defeat us, but they are tricky. The rooms are warm even when a log fire is needed, which is recommended, and the beds are very comfy. All the bedrooms are great and full of history and character, which is the same for the whole of Weeke Barton. The location is also ideal for exploring Dartmoor, for riverside running and good food pubs. There is enough to do locally when it rains, and perfect walks for when it’s sunny.
