Situated just 250 metres from Lanark town centre, the cottage is also just minutes away from the World Heritage Site of New Lanark Village, and a 5 -10 minute walk to both the train and bus stations connecting the town to both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The cottage also lies close to both the natural haven of the Clyde Walkway and the majestic and iconic Corra Linn waterfall. Lanark boasts stunning architecture, unique shops and a selection of quality restaurants. With secure, off road parking, it is the perfect base for visiting the local area and for visiting Glasgow and Edinburgh which are both less than an hour by car or train . With its own driveway the cottage is situated just off the main road .

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Luxury private room with ensuite in a converted farmhouse. It is light, and bright with its own entrance and full kitchen - oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer and fridge/freezer. Walking distance to the local village of Eaglesham with a lovely pub that is dog friendly, with good food, called the Swan.
