A completely unique and well-maintained cottage with high aesthetics in the first clothesline. The cottage has private beach access and 180 panoramic views of the Kattegat. The house is designed for the good life inside and out, with all the amenities that can make a holiday especially good. Vacation by the water, morning bath, kayak, hike, bike, and read good books. And as a starting point for excursions in beautiful North Jutland. Close to shopping: 2 km to Strandby, 10 km to Frederikshavn and 30 km to Skagen. No pets of any kind and no smoking

If you and your family need peace and coziness, rent this lovely gem of a summerhouse between Skagen and Frederikshavn. Newly built in 2022. Underfloor heating everywhere. Ideal for the family with children, as there are 3 bedrooms + loft and crib and toys, high chair, playhouse, trampoline and much more. In addition, in Bratten Strand there is a lovely playground at local Grocery store. The house contains 2 lovely bathrooms and is also provided with a sauna and associated outdoor shower, where there is a good view of the beautiful natural plot.

DESCRIPTION Romantic authentic cottage at Bratten Strand. In the lovely Bratten, this lovely house is located on a large beautiful secluded natural plot with landscaped lawn. The house is optimally decorated and appears bright and friendly, and is practically furnished with a kitchen section adjacent to a nicely furnished living room. The house also has 2 good bedrooms and a nice bathroom. From the living room there is access to covered porch, on to the south and west facing terrace with nice opportunities for sun and cozy barbecue evenings

A modern wood-burning stove is positioned in the living area, offering warmth with visible flames. Large windows nearby allow natural light to enter, while a woven rug adds texture to the wooden floor. Greenery can be seen outside the window.

Cozy summerhouse with great surroundings

The house appears bright and inviting, and is furnished with comfortable furniture and a cozy wood-burning stove. From the living room there is an exit to a nice south and west facing terrace with the possibility of having lovely barbecue evenings, as well as there is a terrace that is open to the east, where you can enjoy the morning sun and morning coffee. The area is one of the cozy places in Denmark with good child-friendly beach, good common area, jetty. close to cozy beach town where there is everything for daytime.

We had some lovely days in this wonderful house. Perfect location in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We were greeted with lots of useful information about the area, and the dialogue with Maria has been great. We would love to come again :)

We had an amazing Stay at Tanja’s House. All we could ask for was there.

A wide expanse of sandy beach stretches along the shoreline under a clear blue sky. Gentle waves can be seen lapping at the shore, creating a calm coastal environment. Scattered dunes and a distant line of trees indicate the presence of nearby developments.

- Marie was a wonderful, thoughtful host, responding very quickly to questions and very welcoming. We even found a handwritten note and a very nice treat when we entered the house. - Very nice summer house with a lot of equipment, e.g. table soccer and table ice hockey in the cellar, other toys in the kids bedroom. - Very spacious and nice view over harbour up to the sea, centrally located in Strandby, walking distance to beach, harbour, supermarket and restaurant. - Strandby is perfectly located for trips to Skagen, Fredrikshavn, Aalborg or even Gothenburg (by ferry). - We would always recommend Marie's home to others, great stay!

Family sommerhus ved Bratten Strand

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday in Stine's cottage. It is quietly located close to Bratten beach. After a few minutes walk you are at the beach, which is very child friendly. There is a nice playground with 3 floor trampolines, a snack bar and a small shop. There are delicious breakfast rolls, bread and cinnamon rolls. There's ice cream there too. Great are the bikes you can use. We made some bike trips to the wonderful palm beach to Frederikshavn. There is a great beach bar there. The house is very cozy and hyggelig furnished. Check-in was very uncomplicated. There is a big trampoline, football gates, and a fire pit - perfect for bonfires with bun. Sometimes even a deer stops by. Stine is incredibly nice and helpful. She gave us good tips for things to do and she was very easy to reach for questions.

A sunlit living area features a combination of black and white striped furniture accents. A warm wood floor extends throughout the space, complemented by a cozy stove. Large glass windows provide views of the surrounding greenery, allowing natural light to enhance the atmosphere.

Lovely place with beautiful surroundings. We had a great stay. Perfect of you Love nature and want to disconnect. Supermarkets and all you need is close anyways. We would love to come back. Emil is a good host.
