Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Stranda Municipality

Lovely property, super clean, comfortable and well equipped for families. Couldn’t ask for a better place. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a less crowded place . But also easy access to a small city where you can get groceries. I love it

Marion’s place is a little slice of heaven! Such an amazing view over the fjord, this rustic yet cosy, comfortable home has with everything we needed… (including fluffy towels- a very welcome change!) We enjoyed some down time from our busy holiday schedule, and loved soaking up the location - from coffee by the lounge windows,; a read on the patio, cozying up with blankets. Marion has truly thought of enerything. The laundry in the bathroom is probably the most functional one we’ve had on out travels. A quick 10 min drive to town too to cafes and supermarket, and of course the gondola for amazing fjord views Lastly , Marion was a lovely responsive host, very helpful with local recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world - we will definitely stay again!

Hartstikke mooi huisje met geweldig uitzicht. Warm welkom en geen gedoe. Super verblijf en zeker de moeite waard. Heerlijk vertoeven in de jacuzzi na een lange wandeldag

The house is really a place to feel at home - even it is only for a few days. The pictures in AirBnB show nothing more than the real beauty of this place. Sometimes the view is even better than on the pics. ;) The farm with the sheep is perfect for kids and please ask Ingvild for Lego - the kids love the box full of fun, especially on rainy days. :) The house itself has everything you need to have a good time at Ingvild and Lasses place. I totally recommend to enjoy a few days on this beautiful, cozy and relaxing place in Sæbø. :)

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Fjord und die Berge, was bei einem sonnigen Wetter traumhaft ist. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse bietet ebenfalls einen tollen Blick und man kann darin super entspannen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigt (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Airfryer sind vorhanden). Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir empfanden die Betten als sehr bequem und es gab. eine große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Kissen. Wir hatten aufgrund des Wetters leider keine Gelegenheit das vorhandene Boot zu nutzen. Egil ein sehr netter Gastgeber, war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Leider gab es in fussläufiger Umgebung kaum Möglichkeiten mit unserem Hund außer an der Straße spazieren zu gehen. Egil hat viele tolle Ausflüge empfohlen, wie z.B. mit der Fähre zum Geirangerfjord fahren oder auf die Insel Runde zum Vögel beobachten.

Unser Kurzurlaub in Melanies Haus war sehr schön. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Aussicht ist wirklich sehr außergewöhnlich und wir hatten an Silvester Nordlichter und Sternschnuppen zum Feuerwerk. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet von der Küche über Bäder (+ Sauna) bis zum Kamin und Entertainment. Auch alles vorbildlich sauber. Ebenfalls gibt es viele schöne Attraktionen im Umkreis von 1-2 Stunden Fahrt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das hochfahren zur Hütte bei starkem Schnee und Eis, was Melanie aber natürlich nicht zu verantworten hat. Trotz gutem Räumdienst und Schneeketten kann es im Winter mit normalen nicht-Allrad Fahrzeugen zu Problemen kommen. Grade wenn man nachts an- oder abreisen muss, wenn der Räumdienst Feierabend hat. Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Super Unterkunft. Viel Platz, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Schöner Ausblick.

Wij waren hier een maand met onze twee kinderen van 4 en 2 jaar. Alles was fantastisch. Het huis, de omgeving met eindeloze en toegankelijke wandelmogelijkheden en alle tips en adviezen die we kregen van Sindre en Kari. De enige fout die wij maakten is dat we niet langer hebben geboekt 😅

A fantastic property, exactly as described, with all needs taken care of. All major attractions within a 30 minute drivable distance and a grocery store that sells practically everything literally at your doorstep We really should have planned to stay for longer than 2 days.

Great apartment right on the fjord. Beautiful surroundings and equally awesome host. Stein and Berit were very welcoming. We would love to visit again one day :)

Absolutely luxurious cosy cabin, stunning views with very close proximity to the slopes, chairlift and the gondola. Real down pillows and duvets elevated the whole experience at staying at the mountain cabin to a whole new level! We were met in person which created a nice and personal touch and easier check-in and the local produce and coffee which was left for us by the host was much appreciated. Great stay.

Martin’s place is gorgeous. Just close enough to be walkable into the center of Geiranger but not in the middle of the action. Our family of three had plenty of room jn its well-appointed furnishings—could have stayed a lot longer than the three nights we had. Martin was VERY quick to respond, and personable as well. If ever in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with Martin!

Väldigt trevligt ställe på en fantastisk plats. Endast 18 min till stranda och 12 min till stranda skisenter. Kan rekommendera detta ställe bra pris.

Gorgeous scenery! Great view of the mountains from both the front and back of the house. The house was very nice and clean. The location was perfect as it was remote and private while also being close to the Hellesylt ferry and other attractions. Amazing stay, would absolutely recommend!

Utrolig fin og koselig hytte med moderne fasiliteter som ligger i nærheten av Stranda sentrum, og tilnærmet 2 timers kjøretur til Geiranger, Stryn, Ålesund og andre fine steder å besøke. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

We had a wonderful stay at Merete and Jesper’s beautiful home. The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind, and we felt at home right away. You can really tell how much thought and care has gone into making it such a special place. This stay was a real highlight of our trip—we’d love to come back. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på denne hytta! Den var utrolig ren og godt vedlikeholdt, med en veldig koselig atmosfære som fikk oss til å føle oss hjemme med én gang. Veldig fin beliggenheten – hytta ligger i et vakkert fjellandskap, ideelt for både avslapning og turer i naturen. Vertene var også veldig hjelpsomme og svarte raskt på spørsmål. Vi kan varmt anbefale denne hytta til andre!

Het huisje was prachtig, met zicht op de pistes in de verte. Het was er keurig schoon en netjes, alles was aanwezig. Toen mijn man zijn portemonnee vergeten was bij het weggaan naar het vliegveld ook goed contact met de hostess gehad. Ze gaat hem nasturen via de post. Kortom: keurig contact en alles prima!

This is a perfect base to explore what this beautiful and unique area has to offer. The cabin/apartment has everything you need for a large family, down to the all essential waffle maker! Perfectly supplied with the little things that you may forget to bring too. We loved it and would recommend.
