This north facing studio apartment has absolutely spectacular views of the Don Heads, cropping and grazing farmland, urban fringe line, Coles Beach & out beyond . . . way beyond . . . like forever!!! Gorgeous sunsets await your viewing through floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows with the farming horizon providing the silhouette. Coles Beach is approximately 300 metres leisurely walk away and the bush walking/running/cycling trails are even closer.

Quiet rural retreat 15 minutes from town

Modern 1 bedroom apartment located in Eugenana which is 15 minutes from Devonport. The unit is on a two acre block on the opposite side from the main house and has a quiet, rural outlook. There is a queen bed, and a single foam mattress for an extra person. It is a two minute drive from the Arboretum and an hours drive to Cradle Mountain National Park. Small, friendly, furry guests are welcome. There is unlimited wifi and Netflix’s but mobile coverage is limited.

Also allowing the sun to warm the polished concrete floors of the studio . A comfy queen bed will provide guests with a good nights sleep. Ideal position for the city with great cafes, supermarkets and Hill Street IGA nearby. Just a short walk away to the Mersey River with its shared bike and walking path.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is close to Spirit of Tasmania (11 minutes drive), Devonport airport (12 minutes drive) and Cradle Mountains.
