The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Breinig is a district of the Kupferstadt Stolberg. The location is ideal if you want to stay family and quiet. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but due to the large windows is very bright and welcoming. The apartment has a separate entrance with small courtyard, which can of course be used with. To enjoy the evening sun there is a garden table and 4 chairs available. Children are welcome.
