For keen walkers, it’s possible to walk to the beach. There's the most fabulous views from the garden of the sea and countryside. There's parking outside and no steps. This cottage is perfect for those who are less mobile. It's ideal for couples that seek a retreat in the countryside. There's so much wildlife and dark skies at night.

Relaxing on the balcony you can enjoy watching wild birds and on the odd occasion otters, there is direct access to the Torcross waterfront and the long shingle beach along with The Start Bay Inn and The Boathouse. Dartmouth, Totnes and Salcombe are all a short drive away with their independent shops and excellent pubs and restaurants. Stunning walks along the SW coast path give access to secluded bays.

It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.
